Feeling so angry,how can i control myself?

I feeling so angry to someone. He ask me to do something. And i did. Now i am asking him to do some things but he is not doing. All the things he ask me to do. But the profit we will share equal. but why? I just want to bite him. Ohh Allah help me. please lotter tell me what should i do?

hi DREAMSHERMIN, I think he is not your friend my friend also do that to me sometimes and I don't like it. if you really want revenge two should punch in the face. If you don't want violence I advice you to just sleep in your bed and do nothing or you can just shout us hard as you can so that the pain will go away but I doubt it will be hard to delete those what they did to you... Good luck my friend.

Yeah, not everyone knows how to reciprocate and not everyone is diligent. Some people are just lazy and selfish so the only way is to avoid working with them. If you are unable to do that, then you have to do all the job. That's the way of life. Life is just unfair.

Hi dreamsharmin, I feel really sorry to learn that you have such a selfish friend. I hate to see people who always make advantage from their friends or people around. since he is such a smart fellow I don't he will give you any chance to hurt or bite him. And you will go against the law of injuring others body. He will sue you and ask for compensation for sure. If I were to have such type of selfish friend I will stay far away from him definitely. I don't want anyone to disturb my peaceful and happy daily life. Moreover it's not nice to be angry all the time, and I believe the unhappy and angry mood might affect our health too. i think this is a matter of psycho. and i think you must work on your self to control your anger. as during the time you could do something compoletely unacceptable so you must take care of these thing. if you get angry on some one , think for a moment of that person which is related to some kind of fun. and i am sure this will work for you.

I think you should just take a deep breath, walk away from the situation for a while and then come back to it when you are ready.
