Do you have a nosey neighbor?

Oh man yes, I had this nosey neighbor when I was staying at my parents house. The kind of guy that's going to go around, and meet all the neighbors. He always knows what's going on, which is odd right away, because no one in our neighborhood talks to each other. I couldn't tell you who any of the neighbors are. People go to work, and they come home. No one ever sees anyone else. But this guy knows everyone, and their business. Everytime I go outside, for some reason he's going outside to do something too. And then he comes home from work, and he'll pull his car past his driveway, and do a wide turn move, so that his headlights are pointed right at me, and just sit there a second before pulling into the driveway. The guy is creepy.

Hi Java: I have a neighbor that loves to listen to his favorite music (which I hate) very loud. It's very annoying and I think the right thing to do is to call the police in these cases but I have always let it be because i don't want to argue with them. The result is that I try to ignore as much as I can this behaviour. Sometimes it's not that easy. Thanks for asking us this question. ALVARO.

Yes indeed we do have noisy neighbor and it's sucks.Well they do sometimes make noise when there are celebration but not all the time though.Good thing is,I am upstairs and I cannot hear it that much.

yes.. he's very annoying, every morning he shouts at his daughter i pity his daughter cause she doesn't get to enjoy her childhood because of her father.. i planned reporting it to the authorities but i came on deciding not to,because that is their own family so its their responsibility to fix it.. but when it comes to physical abuse of course i will interfere.. :)

Fortunately I have no nosey neighbor. We are all minding our own life. But what I have are noisy neighbors which I hate especially when I need to concentrate on something.

LMAO! It's actually tragic how people who do nothing make it a point to make your business their business. I live in a place where my house is boxed in between 2 of these nosy no-lifers. I usually don't pay any attention to whatever they say anyway and everyone almost thinks these people are crazy. I do too.

fortunately no... the neighbourhood that i live in is very safe, peaceful and we look after and care about one another but not in a nosey way... i love my neighbourhood and neighbours... i feel so blessed to be able to live here even though sometimes i have to deal with noisy neighbours in the middle of the night... but that is very rare... take care and have a nice day...

One of my neighbors is kind of nosy. She checks on me fairly regularly, but all in all it's kind of sweet and I don't mind it as much as I would if she were just nosy and cranky with no sweet side.

I'm blessed to live in a lower middle class neighborhood where everyone either works or has a little home business. We are too busy to be nosy! We all keep our eyes peeled for trouble but we don't snoop. Have you talked to your neighbor at all?

Hi, Java09. No, not that I know of. The lady that lives in front of me is very nice. Although there have been a few times that when I open up my door just to look to see if I have a note on my front door, and someone in her apartment will, open their door. I don't know why they do this. Not unless they think that I am coming out of my apartment. It is kind of weird though. If any kind of neighbors I may have, it is not nosy, but annoying and inpatient. I would really hate to deal with nosy neighbors, because it is bad enough that I have to deal with these type of people when I leave from my apartment. That man needs to get a life and stop worrying about what you are doing! He knows better than to keep up with you. He ought to go into his house and find something worthwhile to do than pay attention to you.

I've had a nosey neighbor once just like that. I just asked him what his problem was. He said he just wants space and i told him he's not gonna get space by keeping his nose pressed on my business so he just stopped snooping around.

Luckly for us our houses are spread apart so we dont even hear any noise when are neighbors do anything which is a good thing. the only time when we do hear noise from our neighbors if they do work on the house or yard work like mowing the lawn which is no big deal cant really avoid that.

I too have a noisy trouble some lady neighbor.my mother-in-law has had some arguement wiht her ove a noisy dog. Every time when we go out she comes out from her house and watches us. But i have never talked to her. She is a widow. On weekends she used to lit her rubbish and the smoke from it enter our house. When my wife complained about this to her she started to argue loudely. But i did not intervene. Finally she stopped that practice.

I think every neighborhood has nosey neighbor. My neighborhood.. has a lot. Hah. I mean I think many neighbors always watch one another because the want to know your personal life. It reminds me of Desperate Housewives. People always want to know other people's business.

For me yes but my neighbor is moody type of woman if she want to shut she indeed doing after an hour she quit I'm happy if that hour no time for her to shout.

Luckily I dont. I hate neighbor to is nosey. They're are like stalkers. Im glad my wall in the house are tall. So people outside wont disturbe.
