Mylot activity..Which you like,commenting or making discussions?

I answer and comment more than I make discussions but when I make them most the time it seems people have been waiting for it haha.

I enjoyed them both but I prefer commenting on someone else discussions that I can relate to because I only respond to a specific idea and somehow elaborating it then they comment saying thank you and I'm happy if I know that the response I gave thenm somehow helped them in their problem. I starting discussion, It's really hard to make new discussions and ask some advices then only few would respond but knowing their thoughts was really so fun and amazing somehow.

i prefer to comment nowadays because i don't receive much responses whenever i make discussions... also, with commenting, i can learn new knowledge and ideas from other people's discussions which is very good for me... take care and have a nice day...

insulin I do make more comments and responses than I do discussions mainly so I can more easily comment on the responses my own discussions get and not get so far behind that way. besides I love responding to all my friends discussions and comments as its fun to keep in contact. I enjoy everything I do here really as mylot 'helps me to keep happy and content.

I really like doing both of these. I like to respond to lots and lots of discussions during the course of a day. However, I also like to start discussions on a daily basis. I do, however, try to limit the number of discussions that I start on a daily basis to one or possibly two discussions in a day. The reason that I tend to limit the number of discussions that I start is that a discussion that you've started tends to require a lot more of my attention than those discussions that I respond to.

I enjoy comment to others..it does increasing my earning..:D

I rarely start discussions unless there is something that I really want responses to. I'm a responder. Being that my time on mylot is limited I went through my friends list and activated email notifications for anyone that had over 1000 posts. This way I can be sure that I get alot of activity to respond to.

well, i like both equally. it's kind of hard for me to compose a sensible comment since i tend to babble on most of my comments (which you just might see here). most of the times, i stray away from the topic and just end up telling stories about the topic to illustrate my point. but i also like answering, especially on questions that i really do know how to answer. i like it when my discussions get a lot of comments. it feels like i posted something sensible. it's sometimes hard to come up with an interesting discussions though. but there are days when starting discussions come easy for me. but sometimes i feel obligated to comment on the comments, because i appreciate it when posters comment on my answers. there you go, i'm starting to babble again :)

I like commenting/responding to discussions. I always make sure to check out today's top so I could participate to interesting discussions. I also check out my friends' discussions. :) i love mylot, it is one of the websites i visit regularly. it's been helping me to enhance my language skills especially my english skills. :) kudos to mylot!

I do enjoy both, but lately it has been a little eaiser for me to try to find something that interest me so that I can respond to. vs. trying to think of something interesting to start a discussion about.

I definately enjoy responding/commenting on a discussion in oppose to starting one. It's difficult to know what someone is going to want to talk about, some people just naturally know what others want to talk about I guess. But I don't think I am very good at it. In person I kind of run the show when I'm with my friends. I pick what to do, and where to go, and it always ends up where everyone wants to be. But online is different for me I think because it conects so vast a space and literally speaking I have not traveled or seen much, so although I know what my physical life freinds/peers want to do and talk about.....doen't mean I have a clue about starting an interesting and long discussion. LoL! So for now I will comment to discussions like this one. So thank you for YOUR interesting discussion.

Responding to discussions is my favorite part of mylot participation. Someone else puts an idea in your head and you run with it. Making discussions takes a little more time and thought.

...Hi there insulin. I think I prefer starting discussions better. Although I do like commenting on other people's discussion questions if I think that I have some thing beneficial to contribute. Mylot had a one day feature where they gave us double the credit for discussions that day. I started many discussions and found that it was easier if I had presented the subject than going from discussion to discussion from various people. So I like both but I think I have an easier time when I srart the discussion. Take care.

I mainly just comment on other peoples discussions but i sometimes start my own if i can think of something interesting to make it about :) Also if ive got a lot of time to spare, otherwise i don't really have time to look at everyones comments

I have more time to comment than to create my own discussion. I am not regularly checking this site, so I would rather answer or be part of the discussion than to create my own. Besides, it would be much better to answer because most of the time I cannot think of a topic to post, and not only that, when you happen to post a topic, be sure nobody posted the same thing like you do, or else it will only be redundant. I do enjoy on commenting and being part of a discussion specially if they were posted by my friends here.

When I started in mylot I liked to post discussions and yeah many of them so I did that and when I reached 1000 then I started to comment and discuss too so what I find wonderful now is when I comment to other's posts and this is very good as we get to learn many things in life.

I prefer to make response rather than start discussion. First, I don't need to think what is the good topic to be discuss. Second, I think it's free for me whether make response to the respond or no. If I start discussion, I have to respond any answer to my discussion. If I don't respond to the answer, I feel sin to the member who has respond my discussion.

I`m new member and is good for me to answer my friends who write new topics Rarely I open a new topic because many rules exist and many times I was wrong :(

maybe i prefer to comment other discussion. it's really fun to share your ideas with mylotter, especially when they agreed with you. when you are commenting to other discussion, it means you are interested with it and you have lots of opinion to share with others.
