Do you laugh at least once a day? If you take a look at the picture I've included, I am pretty sure you'll at least smile. I know I laugh at least once a day. If at nothing else, at my dog Sherlock. I'd like to know how you find humor in the every day, ordinary things of life.

I laugh not only once, but several times a day! We all know, laughter is the best medicine. So, it's one of my way of staying young, and people notice that in my skin, my face. While managing my business, I always make jokes with my customers. We enjoy laughing during the buying process, and it makes me even more happy because as we laugh, I know I'm making money! LOL

i only laugh three and a half times a day, after meals. breakfast, lunch and dinner followed by a haha after each meal. for tea i only have a ha, instead of haha
it's not difficult to find laughter. just need to allow your mind to wonder, and be imaginative. creative thoughts can play a role too...
oh my...i think i'm going to have some silly visions in my head again.. hahaha.. now i did it..i laughed too much

I laugh a day, I know. i laugh when watching television, I laugh when watching videos on Youtube. I laugh when one co-worker share a joke. I laugh when I find something funny to read on line. I also laugh when I see something funny on the street sign or anything on the street like people. We need to laugh because if we are not, our cell will be confuse and it will cause cancer.

Yes....If I can't find anything to laugh about I think about my littlest granddaughter and that makes me smile....and thinking about some of the things her and I have shared make me laugh...like the time we got lost and she's sitting in her car seat in the back saying....I knew I should have rode with my mom and dad! LOL

They say laughter is the best medicine and I happen to agree! I usually do laugh at least once a day. Sometimes I laugh so hard that I tear up! I usually have one of those types of laughs once a week or so.
Hope your doing well. My schedule has been hectic again, so I haven't had much time here at mylot once again.

hi ambie thanks for a laugh and I am still smiling just thinking of that big fat smile on the face of the pygmy donkey. Also I had gone downstairs for something and could not find the person so got the elevator in a down hearted mood, pressed the button and waited and waited.okay hatley you just are not going anyway as you pressed first floor. then I did laugh all by myself. as i felt really stupid as I did finally press 2 and got back up here. little things can make you giggle and that is good for
you.

That reminds me of being at the doctor's office. I'm standing in the elevator on the ground floor, the first floor. A woman comes into the elevator with me, and after I press 2 for the second floor, she pressed 1. I just kind of looked at her. As we are going up to floor 2 where I am going, she comments on how strange it is that they didn't go to the first floor before they went to the second floor. I wanted to say, Maam, you were on the first floor!

Hey Amber! I think that little donkey is really adorable! But,
I didn't think he was funny! Maybe it's just me! I try to laugh
as much as possible and I think I laugh everyday, some days
more than others! Today was a rough day! I had my mammo and
am ok! Then my girlfriend and I went on a shopping spree and I
am physically and emotionally drained! I have to now go for the
lung scan and that is the next nightmare! Need more prayers
for that! Will try to do that asap!

I did smile at the picture (LOL). I laugh almost every day and that is thanks to my daughter, she is eight and together we have a lot of fun. I suffer from depression but you would not know it when I’m with her. My pets make me very happy too and they definitely put a smile on my face. All that, along with my love of reading and writing remind me that no matter how terrible I may feel on any given day there are things and people in my world that make life a pretty good place.

Yes, I laugh several times a day! I never have kept up with how many times, though. Sometimes, maybe what somebody says will hit me as funny even though it wasn't meant to be funny. I don't know why that is. It might be something about the way they said it that tickled me. I get tickled at my dog Prissy a lot. I think laughter is the best medicine.
