do you hug something or someone when sleeping?

hi grecy, i see you don't like hugging someone while sleeping. i also know some of my friends don't like hugging when sleeping specially when it's really hot and being near to someone makes one irritable at times. well,we all have our own ways to sleep comfortably. pillows is really a companion sometimes,it can be squeezed or thrown away,just the way you like it. it can't complain how hard you throw it anywhere. you can also imagine someone while hugging it.or just the comfort it brings makes you fall asleep.

I like to be hugged by a special someone but not when sleeping .

My bed is in the middle of the room and has four pillows but I only use too others are more for decoration. I even have an electric blanket when it is chilly as I too like to feel warm and snug :D

hi ellie, nice to hear you also loved to hug pillows... so you only use two pillows while sleeping? i am used to placing pillow on my legs and over my stomach then on my head.sometimes i also have on my left side cause i'm sleeping beside the wall and i don't like the cold feeling when i'm near the wall itself.

hi again my friend, you still have pillows for decoration? that's funny! i didn't know there are people like you who used pillows as decoration... i just can't imagine that. and about electric blanket? i haven't heard of it before. all i know is a comforter where there is also feature how warm can it bring to you when you use it. i can't imagine how electric blanket looks like. is it kind of vibrating? i'm just curious what is it. how does it work on you? are there any instance that you can have radiation on it or like kinda ground you?please let me know your experience on this.

hi cream, i'm aware you just hug your pillow because of toothache. well,do you always have toothache? maybe you should consult your dentist for that right away,at this moment, kidding... you remind me of my sister who used to hug or sometimes bite the pillow with her might when she is watching horror movies.it's really funny when sometimes she hugs it then hide unto it then bite it,depends on the scene how terrifying it is for her... yes,pillows can somehow be a relief to subside the pain we're taking. i also bent myself sometimes when my stomach is aching. i loved babies.specially when sleeping with one. i have a 3yr old niece and i'm always beside her while sleeping. and when she was smaller,i really loved placing her head over my shoulders/arms then we just fell asleep together.as she grows older,i still do that thing,but not always cause she sometimes feel not comfortable with it anymore.

Well, to each their own. As long as each is happy with their own ways. I was raised around animals and always had them near me so i dont mind.

hi again,my friend! what other animals around you there? when i was a child my father used to take care of chickens. and i love playing with chicks. sometimes my father joke us when you used to pass by he has a chick in his hand and he stick it to our skin,we were really shocked sometimes what does he holds.he was good at that. i don't like cats cause i have witnessed one incident that one cat ate one chick from our backyard.i was really shocked that time i was a kid and as if i had witnessed a crime.that's why i didn't like cats from that day on.well,there were other things after that about cats.i just don't like to share it here,cause you might think differently.so i better stop with that. i just loved holding a chick on my hands.their feet are so small and tickles me every time,really feels nice and fun.specially the part where we used to chase them and put them in the cage to protect them from cats. please do share some animals you have lived with and enjoyed with them,thanks!

hello my friend, well,i don't really like cats.i'm not happy with them.there were lots of reasons why i just don't like them.and i think it's better not to tell you the details here. i also don't like the fact that i was having my pet beside me when sleeping. i don't like their furs. for me,the bed is only for persons and pillows only.of course the sheets and blankets also. but i really don't like having pets around.it's just that! i can hug a stuff toy but not pets who have their own lives.

wow,that sounds interesting... i also like that,room is cold enough to burrow under the pillows and covers. i do that during cold weathers or sometimes i just hide myself everything all under the sheets.and bent myself sometimes because of coldness.freezing moments,i can say...

hi laglen, your post remind me of one of my friends. she used to have many pillows at their house when sleeping,and i'm the one who is ashamed of her when one time we have bonding moments together with other friends here at our house.she used to have lots of pillows and since we are four girls that time,our pillows is just limited to two pillows for one person.it made her feel uncomfortable in a way but she did have a nice sleep.it's just that she likes to have more of two pillows.what can she do anyway,she's not on her own place,right? it's really nice to have many pillows around but sometimes i just don't like to be suffocated in a way.

@annavi, i don't like hugging pillows because at the first time we touch it, it would feel cold. but kids, they are warm and keep warmer. and albert...u should fired ur girl friend and start to hire your hotdog pillow to sleep beside

Well there's no old topic for me when I am in the mood of responding in a discussion of a certain person! haha See, I am right, that you are still keeping that before coz your ex still have a place in your heart and that you still misses him, but now that you already get over him and have moved on, you can now sleep without that pillow! haha That's true that when we see something that relates to our ex, it will just remind them to us, just like me, whenever I see the stuff toy that someone gave me, his memories came back to me even for a while...haha that stuff toy is still in my parent's house...hehe Yes, sometimes I also hug my brother even when we are just sitting in the house or just talking...hehe he's like a baby to me, or will always be my baby!

Hello my sistah!^_^ And yet another "not-so-old" topic coming back to life...haha You know, I can imagine myself starting this topic...as if it's like I really am into pillows. I guess I was different back then... As I have said in here, I can't sleep or hard to sleep whenever I don't have that small pillow... You know what, this is not true anymore... Cause that small pillow is gone and the cotton inside of it was combined with other cotton thing that was built to have a big pillow. I don't know where is it anymore, but as long as I can have the comfort on any pillows, I can sleep well. You maybe right that I am thinking of my ex when I am hugging it. That's true, when I first received that thing, I always think of it as him...that was when we are still together in a relationship...and still misses him whenever I hug the pillow. I can say, it's good that I don't see the pillow anymore. For I know that I don't have feelings for him anymore... I also do that fetus position and sometimes put a pillow in between my knees. It's a good feeling that you have a husband and no one will ever hug him close when in bed than only you...wahaha :P How sweet to have your brother and mom to be hugged at times...

My girl friend is from another country and she has habit to keep a teddy bear with her while she sleep...in her hugs...my little sweet cute kid... She miss me a lot and till I am not with her...she has that teddy bear in her hugs... sometimes I have seen getting crazy and considering anything as me and making me aware that how much she is missing me... It is not so that I don't like to hug... I love it but not just virtual hugs... I want it in real... Till not real... Nope, we live separately now coz she's working in the city and we are apart for now. So the pillows give the warmth for me at nights.

That's life, everything changes. Even if people say they won't change. but then, we all change. we just have to think what to change, whether if it's for good or for bad. There's nothing wrong with hugging as long as you feel comfortable with it. If it's a person you are hugging, be sure he/she likes to be hugged as well.

Oh, you don't have your dogs anymore with you? Where are they now? Even if I like dogs, I don't have the habit of hugging them specially I don't bring them to bedrooms and let them sleep with me. It's good for me just to play with them outside and hug them sometimes. But not the a point I would have to sleep with them beside me... Isn't it nice to hug friends when you are with them? Or even when you are just lying or sitting. As long as you have the feeling of hugging them makes it feel loved as well specially when they hug you back...
