The human being is the only animal that continues to drink milk long after leaving infant hood. We are taught that we need milk for calcium, but there are other ways to get calcium. I don't drink animal milk any more and haven't for years. I don't think any are really healthy for us. I drink almond milk. I like it better and I believe it is better for us.

My friends suggested that it's the goat's milk that's healthier to drink. I don't have any idea about it that's why I asked his opinion. I've never tasted lamb or sheep's milk before so I don't know what it tastes like (I bet it's still the same as any other milk that coming from animals). But no matter where the milk is coming from, it's a must to consume at least a glass of it everyday.

Hi As2006, I mainly drink cows milk but quite often will have goats milk or soya milk too. I reallywouldn't like to say which is the healthiest though and have never tried sheep or lambs milk so have no opinion there. Think my favourite for a creamy taste though is a soya milk. Ellie :D

Hi as2006. I use cow milk because this is good for health. Most of the people use cow milk. I don't know about lamb or sheep milk.

I think so too. There were news a couple of years ago, a study done by the British, it says that an organic grass-eating cow gives out the healthiest milk. I've never tasted lamb or sheep milk but I've tasted goat and carabao's milk and they are quite tasty but I'm not sure if it contains more nutritional value. ^_^

I think the cow's milk is much healthier then others, it is good for health because it has rich source of proteins and calcium, cow milk also has vitamin A and B12, taking it before going to the bed can help to have sound sleep. Cow milk is suggested to the kids and older people.

I dont know which is healthier. They probably have done studies to find out if you look online you will probably find them. I think most people drink cows milk. I dont drink milk but I use it in foods when I am cooking. My kids drink milk but only with chocolate flavoring in it. There are other types of milk as well almond milk, soy milk, goat milk. I might like the almond milk in cereal but I dont think it would taste very good in something like mashed potatoes.

We are habituated to drinking milk from buffaloes since childhood. We find buffalo milk to be optimal in taste, density and other utilities compared to milk from other animals. We use cow's milk during certain rituals for making potions.

I'm surprised you didn't mention goat milk. I think it is probably the healthiest of all because of fat content and all. But it is probably the most difficult to obtain! Trust me, I've milked a goat!!

hi as2006, i guess it is all the same. only the cow gives more milk than lamb or sheep. reason is, because of its body mass. a cow is more than twice or thrice a lamb or a sheep. have a nice day. ann
