When you send Mylot an email do you get responses back from them?

I was looking through my private messages and was shocked to see that they had responded to some of my suggestions. I really never expected them to respond back, most sites never do that when you make suggestions.
I just want to say "Thank you to those who are working so hard to help Mylot grow and especially the ones behind the scenes making all this happen!!"

They never answer me, I have sent 4 emails, and no response.

I just happened to notice that the messages are set the same way as the discussions. So, if you have an email message you sent them since the new mylot happend, then check it and see if you have any responses to it. I was not notified that they responsed or if I was it never reached me. I just happend to see it while looking at other private messages.

Well I had a couple I sent in questions on but didn't hear back from them so I wrote again. The second time I got a response back within a couple of hours. So for anyone who sends one in and doesn't get a response wait a couple of days and then send again. Forms do get losts or eaten by cyber monsters, I know I've had them do that to me on ones I should have received in the email. I've had very good responses from them and I think they do a fantastic job over all.

Well, I've sent 2 questions to myLot and only received 1 response back from them. So I'd give it a 50% chance that you'll get a response. You're right about the messages being listed like the discussions and you receive a response under that topic of discussion. A little different, but if they respond its cool with me.

Yes, the one time I did email them they got back to me very quickly, I was very impressed. Thanks mylot!!

I have gotten responses lately and I think that says alot for the very busy group who orchestrate the mylot site..I am grateful all they are doing here and thank them or taking time to notice even the most ridiculous question..Mylot is a very patient group..thanks alot MYLOT!
