Your favouriate movie and/or book

I have more favorite movies because it depends on what you like most in a movie: the subject, the play of the actors, the favorite actor and so on. But as I have just seen one of my favorite movies yesterday I'll name this one. It's Scent of a Woman. I love this film due to Al Pacino's acting. He is amazing! And also the subject of the movie is universal. This movie is about ethics and can be a good lesson for many people. The movie is also about life and its goal: it must be lived to give and receive love. That's why this is my favorite movie.

my fav book is 100 years of solitude, prettty long but good history, and my fav movie ever is Edward scissorshands i dont know why, i just liked that history my entire life.

My favorite movies has always been Planet of the Apes. I also love the Pirates of the Carribbean.

My fave book and film maybe is The da Vinci Code. It amaze me how the writes make the stories, the puzzle and the mystery are really exciting me.Not only Da Vinci but also every book by Dan Brown are brilliant

My favorite book. So many. But one of my best favorite book is Ami Topu. Wow fantastic book which surly make cry people. And my favorite one of the movie is Notebook. I suggest you to watch this movie. It's also very very nice.

i have a lot of favorite movies but the one thing i never forget is "daisy" it is a Korean movie.., a love story that's not a happy ending.. the character of leading man is always like a stalker he just looked away the leading lady.. although he always like a stalker he always protect the lady.. and i like the twist of the story.. maybe better if you also watch :) haPpy mYLotTing ?_?

I have so many favorite books and movies. So I will give you a few. One of my favorite book and movie whould have to be "Little Women." I also loved the Sound of Music with Julie Andrews. A few other movies that are good to me is West Side Story, The Bad Seed and Guess who's coming to Dinner. All are older movies but that is when the movies were the best in my opinion.

I can relate to having many favorites but if I would say one favorite movie for me would be "The Thornbirds" I even got a copy of it. Many people growing up in the 80's would say any movie with Patrick Swayze in it but mine is not one but next to it. As for a favorite book would be "Manhattan" also made into a movie. Hope this sheds some interesting movies and books for you to go get and read along with watching.

There are plenty of movies i like. Schlinder's list, gridiron gang, American Gangster, A walk to remember .... to name a few.

There is long list of movies but I can name few. In hindi Lakshya(Goal) is my favorite movie for the reaosn that it teach you how to be determined and reach the goal. The Ghost is another favorite movie of mine, I love the story, its so touching and will make you cry for sure. I willtry to read the book you suggested.

It's hard to say favorite movie because I have lots of them such as The Ten Commandments, Spartacus, American Grafitti, Star Wars, The Alamo, and the Aliens series. The latest movies would be Slum Dog Millionaire, Apocalypto, and 10,000 BC.

for me the best movie ever is "meet Joe Black"as I really like how A. Hopkins plays. and, in my opinion, it is a great movie as it has a little bit of love, life problems, it shows that if you really wnat something in life you can have. if you did not watch it, you should! enjoy it!

My favourite book is Cross Stitch by Diana Gabaldon, though the American title is Outlander. I have lots of favourite films, it's hard to pick one! They include Nadia, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, Monsters Inc., Pulp Fiction and the 1930s films of Dracula and Frankenstein.

I do ot know to which country you belong but would like to give a response to your discussion. I mostly like HINDI films. These are the favorite films which I see at least one in a month. The best movies i like even if it is played in any theater is "MERA NAAM JOKER",which was played by Sri Raj Kapoor.

My favorite movie is Iron Man, yeah that's movie is great and I wish I have that suit LOL I also like rugrats the movie, their are cute and have so many adventures in life even they are just a babies, and also wall E I love this movie because it's about a robot who gain a feeling after years and started to fall in love on a same robot but they don't have the same technology,

if you are a man .AOL to watch the movie BRAVE HEART, if you have not watched .it's the movie men must watch .you will be moved by the men in the movie .and you will be full of energy after you watch it .

I just see books but I rarely read..haha. But I do have many Fav Movies...Until now, 2 movies still remain in my heart. 1.2012 and 2.AVATAR. I love watching it and I even watched it at the cinema 5 times. See.That is how I describe my passion to these movies. I'm not attracted to it because of the actor/actress, but because of the messages that the directors want to share with viewers.;-) The importance of caring about the environment and people around you. Yeah. There are plenty of scenes that set me up in tears and boost up my awareness. So for those who watched it, you definitely can understand what I feel.
