tips to conquer insomia
1. stop worrying, just relax
2. take a shower, change your clothes before sleeping. make sure that your comfortable with yourself
3. have a good pillow to hug =)
4. listens to mellow musics
5. drink some milk, it will aid you to sleep well
what else??send me some tips because I'm suffering now from insomia due to my irregular working schedules

I have heard the scent of lavander aids in falling asleep. I have some in a spray bottle. Make the bedding smell fresh.

hypnosis can also help..
you can hypnotize yourself through the circle dots you can see while you close your eyes you can follow those then think that you are entering a door when you enter 5 doors surely you are asleep that moment.
