I really want a flat abdomen but it seems very hard to maintain it...i think the best way to gain this flat abdomen is good eating habits, self determination & motivation and positive mind...

is that okay to buy clothes from ukay-ukay?...we call it ukay-ukay because those clothes are already used, second hand or sometimes those are clothes that were thrown away by the owners and others will sell it for a good cause
