I haven't used the mylot search yet, but I keep hearing that it does indeed pay. I usually use the one from Inbox because it pays as well. I guess I could start using this one. They both pay the same so I use Inbox because it has a lot higher pay out so it takes longer to get to it. THe search bar helps me get there sooner!

Hello beachdune, You should try reading the rules to find out. how long you've been in mylot btw? well, even though they have said that (admin) i still prefer the good old fashioned posting. they tried task but it's not that popular anymore. You know, if you're thinking of mylot as part of daily work, I can tell you now, it will only frustrate you in the end. just talk to a lot of people here and have fun, don't think too much about money.

hi, i dont know that it pays for that using the search the web tab of mylot.I did not see anytime that our amount gets plus when we use it.Hope if any one can give some information regarding that tool of mylot.

I don´t know how much money you earn, I just know that you can earn some rewards. Look at the FAQ and there says something about the search bar.

Yes Dune, by using myLot search box and making search in normal way from your account, earning is avilable in the form of rewards. This is from 1cent to 6cents. I recently received a reward os 6cents! This is not a substitute for other forms of myLot earnings. I've earned some from the search bar, but how much and all, it totally depends. I don't know how the algorithm works though for it. For me, it's like an as and when thingy.. when I really need to use the search function to look for certain kinds of discussions, then I will..

I have tried it a good 5 or 6 times and never once had any cash given to me for what I searched for, the worst part is that I really needed some info from an older post that a friend had posted about 1 year ago, never did find it though. Oh well I did my research elsewhere and found the same information that Mylot couldn't find. This is why I usually don't try it here, to me its to much bother since it really doesn't have what you may be needing.

It's a bit like a lottery. Every so often after using the Search, you get a message to say you have earned some extra money. It doesn't happen every time you search.

My lot suggest and said that if you use the search function here, you'll earn. But as we all know, it is a secret here on how they are paying us. If you really wanna know if they are paying if you use the search, try using only the search for a day, and if your balance changes then it means something. Good luck!!!

Yes, when you use search engine, you will get rewards, the more you use their search engine, the more you get rewards. But you have to use it normally, not for the sake of earning, because they will notice it and you might be suspended or what. Dont abuse using search engine.

for me, it's not a substitution, but an additional way to earn from myLot. my primary method will always be through the discussions in fact, the primary reason i'm here on myLot now is to just share my views & be myself & to have fun. the earnings kind of happen

Yes! you can earn something when you use the search engine in mylot. Ive been using it just like i use some other search engines. Happy mylotting..

I have been rewarded many times for using the search in myLot. Usually it is 1 cent, but I got 6 cents one time. Though you have to be careful when using the search engine. One time I got a notification saying there has been suspicious activity. I wrote to the admin asking what was the suspicious activity. I was told that when you use the search too much, the system automatically gives a warning. Like if you use it too many times in an hour or something. I use it to search for a discussion when I have an idea for discussion topic to see if there has been another discussion already posted. I don't think it is a good idea to use it as your primary way to earn in myLot. I believe it is there to help you, but not THAT helpful, if you know what I mean.

I dont really know how many searches you need before you can earn but there will be a pop up or something like that that says its a reward from my lot because of using the search function, you can earn 1 cent.
