How to earn more on CPA?

i saw one guy on cpalead.com who made $10,000 dat day!! i straight away asked him how.. and he said facebook! he started a group... and put a widget in where the person who wants to see the site or picture has to fill in a survey. if you have a big enough group you'll make a nice amount. :D

You should check out people use facebook to get tons of leads on CPA. It is actually pretty effective.
