Wow we just got back from Disneyland Anaheim and I must say it was amazing Walt Disney sure was an amazing man and all the rides there were so good.California adventure park was totally awesome and so was Universal studios. We never got to see Knottsberry Farm ,but these theme parks leave our theme parks here in Australia for dead. So tell me about your favourite theme park or attraction. Cheers Sue

Hi Suehan, My family just came back from a week-long vacation in Hong Kong, it's probably the most famous city in China. One of the top tourist destinations there is Disneyland Hong Kong, and I must say, this theme park is so amazing. My kids really enjoyed the rides, the shows, and even simply the view. I hope I can bring my kids to Disneyland Anaheim, CA someday, so that my kids will be able to experience and compare the two parks.

Oh yes, the one in Orlando, Florida too, I've heard from friends it's really awesome. I really hope I can bring the kids to these two Disneys (Anaheim and Orlando).

Yes, Hong Kong Disneyland is awesome. It's a bit small compared to its counterparts in the US, but it's fun enough. I've been to Walt Disney World, Disneyland California, Tokyo Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Disney Cruise (twice), out of them all, I enjoy Walt Disney World the most. Not only because it's big and offers a wide variety of activities, but also the vicinity which is all centered around Disney. Once you're in Orlando, you can't miss seeing something Disney whatever you do (hotels, golf, shopping, traffic...).

lets see, the last time I went to a theme park... I think it was Dollywood in Pigeon Forge TN, yep, that's it. I think I'm just too old for those things. The rides don't interest me, the shows... well, okay... I'm not into country music, but still.... I think Six Flags over Texas back when I was a teen was fun, maybe AstroWorld (now I think a 6 Flags park in Houston) But really, its been a long time since I've really even wanted to go to one. I must be BORING... but I am 56!

I don't walk well, I sure don't STAND well. I don't want to do it in the heat of TEXAS! or, honestly, in any heat, don't handle the heat as well as when I was younger

I don't think you ever are too old to enjoy yourself. I wish we had time to visit six flags but we just ran out of time. Your not boring.

I don't know that I have a "favorite" because I live most of them for different reasons. Hershey Park has got to rank pretty high with me because wee used to go there every year when I was younger. I also like Kings Dominion - mostly because it's close also. I never cared for Busch Gardens. I've been to a couple different Six Flags and they're pretty good. I've been to Sea World once - last summer - and that was a lot of fun even though we didn't do any rides.

I have been to Disneyland at Anaheim in California for one day. I was staying at Santa Monica in Los Angeles. I went there with my sister. I was 20 years old when I went there. I liked the runaway train, the ET ride, the Swiss Family Robinson's tree house and the fairy tale castle. I have been to Alton Towers in the United Kingdom. I went on a very scary ride there called. I have been to some smaller fun parks when I was younger. I would say my favorite theme park is Disneyland California. I love Australia for its beautiful scenery and amazing wildlife. I haven't been to any of Australia's theme parks.

Disney California was great, it sounds like you been to a few theme parks. We have been to Dreamworld in Queensland a lot and they are not as big as Disney land.We have great water parks with heaps of slides that are great fun in summer

I'm not a big fan of Theme Parks - so I haven't visited very many. I think my all time favorite is Disney World in Florida though. The park IS a theme park but it also has so much more to offer than just rides. Plus they have rides for everyone! The characters are real fun to meet too. I've been to some other fun amusement/theme parks like Hershey Park and Busch Gardens but they aren't quite as awesome as Disney World! ;-)

I love Disneyland. I went to the park in Orlando when I was 9 and it was amazing, the games and the ending show were just incredible. I liked too when I went to Six Flags with my schoolmates, it was a great day.

I'm glad you had fun at Disneyland. My friend loves it, too. I haven't been to Disneyland, but I love Disney World. No matter how old I get, I revert back into childhood when I go there. Universal Studios is fun, too. However, right now my favorite amusement park for nice roller coasters and beautiful scenery is Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Yes i reverted back to my childhood when I was at Disney land. I remembered all the old disney shows and then to actually see it in real life was awesome. I don't know who was the biggests kids there , me or my children. Busch Gardens sounds great.
