how do you react to plastic surgery??i know celebs are use to it but will you do it if you got the money and time?maybe you will look sexier, better but it is not YOURS..it's artificial and man made..people enlarge their boobs, bum and some other part off the body to look beautiful..i just don't get it..it's really painful to death because you can feel every moment of the surgery..whether they cut off the nose or stretch the skin..i couldn't even bear to watch it!!do you have your own mind and opinion?

in my opinion, to each his own. If you must mangle your body so be it! I would not unless I was in an accident or had cancer. I think that if your self is based on your looks, that is very shallow.

Unless you have a bad accident I don't believe in plastic surgery at all. People who get work done especially on their face make themselves look like creatures from another planet. They all look the same and they are scary to look at. Look at Joan Rivers, Heidi Montag and so many others. They are messing with Gods work in my opinion and God does not like this I'm sure.

ya..personally they look ugly because they challenge the nature..people can detect if it;s real or not.i prefer natural beauty than artificial one..i respect if that person has a small boobs with a big body..it's not her fault to have such size..it's god creation and she should be thankful...

I think that plastic surgery can make people look better. There are some people who look better after they got plastic surgery then before. I do think that sometimes plastic surgery can go wrong or some people look worse after plastic surgery. Sometimes people have features that makes them look unattractive to many other people. They can get it done through plastic surgery to look better or remove an unattractive feature they may have. I think if plastic surgery is done right then they will get better results.

ya..i do think so.it's really not wrong to get what they wish for..it's just that maybe plastic surgery is the only result for some people who need it but for others it's just an option

i can't accept that!i think it is so horrible!just image,if you love a man/women,he/she looks fine.if you know many of his/her bodies are platic at last, and then that means you will live with a plastic man/womon.how do you think?how could you think and accept that? anyhow,i can't accept that!

i saw a site before of artists who underwent plastic surgery and their looks before the surgery were better. having surgery can give you a short-term happiness. years after your surgery, you'll have the side effects of the surgery. sometimes, the media have faults on this. they keep on showing us what beauty is. and they do construct their own interpretations of beauty, thus making plastic surgery a norm in the society. being a woman is not just having a pretty face, it is making a statement that marks.

ya..i do agree.some of them do have even better-normal and some i cuter before the surgery..i don't have anything against it but it's just some who will do anything just to get what they desire for..talk about the media and paparazzi..sure makes thing worse

let us be more critical in this matter, some people need it to augment their confidence, some are just acting like any human does as always not contented on what they have. society in the end is to be blame for it dwells on outer beauty and aesthetics, everyone in once in their life has gone to a point wherein he/she is not satisfied and with the power of money they can obey their shortcomings. in the end let them be, happiness is what everyone longs for, individual happiness vary, so as long as we don't step on each others foot in securing happiness then let them be.

Just as incredible to me are tattoos and piercings. Why go through all that trouble to put another person's art on your body? If it's a drawing or sculpture I personally made for myself, fine. But another's? Of course there are valid reasons for such surgery if you were in a severe accident or were born with a condition that makes people stare at you. But just because you don't measure up to your friends you decide to keep, that is pathetic.

ya..that is so true..but i think to those who involved in an accident..i will be fine to get a face reconstruction or for their body because they need it!not because they want it..ya know, there is a big different for it.but to be beauty of better to best others..i think that is so sick..

I don't think I'd ever consider to change anything, except maybe when my all of my teeth fall off, in which case I need a teeth make-over. Otherwise, I'd leave everything as is. It's different with celebrities coz their bodies are their investment, they have to look not only good but perfect, hence having enhancements become a necessity rather than a luxury or a whim.

i think celebs do need to look best..but you can just observe the changes in them as time passes..some do had a drastic change..i think teeth makeover is fine because teeth is really important to us..without it..i think it will be really miserable.

I used to like watching makeovers and surgeries- it's quite interesting, have you seen "the swan"? it's a reality show where women are transformed- they exercise, diet and have surgeries..it looked really painful but the results were amazing and they were just so grateful..I also agree with you on the surgeries--I think people should be content on how they look, if they want to lose weight, then exercise..I really don't like people who undergo their entire body in surgery, that's just extreme and unnecessary.

ya..i do think some changes would be fine but without any surgery..well if you want to be thin, then exercise well like the contestant in the biggest loser..you wanna be beauty, consult any beautician and try good products.it worth a shot than trying to have a plastic surgery or botox!i never watched 'the swan' but i bet many people watched it and they surely mesmerized by the changes...
