What kind of cupcakes should I bake?

I am an avid cupcake baker. I need a new kind of cupcake to bake. I have recently made triple chocolate cupcakes with white chocolate genache, carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, Irish carbomb cupcakes, which are Guiness cupcakes with Jamesons genache and Bailey's icing. I am running out of ideas! Someone make a suggestion of a great cupcake I should bake!

Wow - you sound like a real fancy baker - how do you top the flavors you already created?! We make muffins almost every weekend - but muffins are a bit different from cupcakes. I am thinking how about some fruit variety? I love a good puckery lemon cupcake . . . or how about strawberry as they are in season? Something with fruit in it always tastes good for summer time!

Only cupcakes I have every made are Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting. Those are are always loved around my house.

The guinness cupcakes were the best! If you are a baker, I highly suggest trying them sometime! If you need the recipe, let me know, I will be sure to get it to you!
I like the idea of filling the cupcakes with bavarian cream! I haven't thought of that yet! I'll let you know how that goes!

I'd love to sample all the ones you named! The only fun ones I miss baking are th once in the ice cream cones I used to make. but I hate making them when the kids can't take them to school.

I love choc cupcakes with choc frosting. And birthday cake cupcakes too. I haven't had cupcakes in so long I wouldn't know what kinds there are anymore to make. Happy baking!

I make apple cupcakes with a cinnamon ball center. I usually mix cinnamon with vanilla pudding and inject into center if the cup cakes. Hope this is an idea for you.
