Do you read TERMS AND CONDITION, and FAQ?

I think there are FEW (am I right, FEW?) members here that forget to read the terms and the FAQ. You can see them on the way they post a discussion and a response. They used to violate the terms and always asking things in a discussion that is already answered if you only read the terms and FAQ. So I suggest go read the terms and FAQ first before proceeding.

Did you read them? I did and that's why I am wondering if you did because your activity is not what is suggested by myLot in the FAQs. They explain that, in order to earn here, we should post + respond + comment and further the topic. I rarely see you returning to comment on your topis. They don't become disussions unless you comment back to those who respond and you certainly don't earn for the responses that they receive because you only earn for what you type. MyLot is a discussion site and that is what they suggest in the FAQs that we do here - discuss, not post a questions and answers.

hi diana you sound a little miffed too,I agree with all you said. why will not people return to their discussions? Is it really because they think they have it made by getting a lot of responses? We all have repeated over and over you only get paid for what you post

I usually read only the FAQs of anything that got a FAQ section. Terms and Conditions is too long for me. But before I complain if ever something not right happened in my account I browse for the Terms and Conditions first before sending a complain.

In my opinion, Terms and Conditions for things like Websites, products, softwares.. should be made a lot more interesting to read. Attractive. I am a creative designer. For websites i designed, i use a more innovative way to put up the terms and conditions. The page should attract website users. I won't be able to share the sites coz i have already sold it to the customers. Once i finish designing my own site and host it i will let you know. FAQ, yes, its read more than the Terms and Condition.

jamed28 you are one after my own heart, I have typed those words' until my fingers were numb a nd watched the new ones disregard my suggestions , and even call me names.I wanted to save them from making the errors that would get their discussions deleted.Instead'they just thumb their noses and go on breaking rules.

I read the terms and faq section before I joined mylot and even started discussions on here. And if you violate a term in a discussion it will alert you right then and there. But yea I agree I see some people that don't read them and violate it in their response or discussion posted. You should always make sure to proof read anything before posting! You don't want to get abandoned from the site for a stupidity like that!

I have, and I know others have, but there are some newbies coming in here that just start posting without reading them, and then they will violate the TOS without even realizing it, and then they wonder wy their discussion was deleted. I try to hhelp as much as I can, and let them know that they violated the TOS and that tney better read the faas and guidelines before posting again. I am amazed, how many really do appreciate me telling them as they don't want to do that again, and they don't want to be banned. I just wish that they would read them in the first place, so to save mylot all the trouble of deleting their discussion. Hopefully, one of these days, they will learn it, not violated the TOS. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Hi jamed, I guess most of us read the help topics , and FAQs. Terms and conditions in small print - I generally do not have the patience to go through it line by line, but get the general idea. As long as you are aware of the site regulations and stick to the rules there is no fear.I have never had any problem on any of the sites that I am working on because I never want to break any rules ...I have had some friends who are constantly breaking rules. One got kicked out of neobux for some reason and later from another site. But they dont seem to learn...It is always better to respect the rules and regulations laid down by the site because there has to be some discipline..all the best and have a great weekend

Still no response from the member who started the discussion. hm...Interesting.... It's true that when we first started out, we don't read everything. I have read the discussion guidelines before I made my first post, FAQs....well, as and when I needed to know something. The thing I love about FAQs is the ability to jump to whichever question I am looking for. That is I don't have to go through paragraphs after paragraphs of something boring. Lazy....that is me. The rules and guidelines are very simple here at myLot. So why does someone find it difficult to follow is beyond me.
