My friend always have the ritual to put perfumes on herself, clothes or spray perfume on her bed or has perfume spray all over the room. She does it to be always smelled well. In case her partner visits or not she always does it. She put a nice perfume scent just to get a good sleep. She put it on her pillows, and even on in her bed sheet.
How about you, do you always put a perfume before sleeping/before bedtime? Even with or without a partner or none at all?
Thank you.

The only time I use perfume is when I'm going to work or going out. I dont spray it all around my room or bedsheets. But If I want my room nice and smelling fresh then i'll spray it with some good smelling febreeze. Too much perfume is not good!

i put some cologne but not perfume. Perfumes are oil based and I'm not comfortable being too fragrant at night. Just feeling cool and fresh is not enough to enjoy sleeping.

No, I don't.
To begin with, I'm not a perfume person, as long as it doesn't smell foul, normal human scent is good enough for me.
Occasionally I would use body mist, but it's not a habit of mine to put on any fragrance really.
I think some people are just very particular with their scent.

That good you're very confident with your smell. While other use it for other to notice them or at least tomask the odor if they have so. While others just love collecting different perfumes. It is not necessary mean if the person who use perfumes have some odor but they just love to smell with different scent since it also affect their moods. While other people appreciate the different smell other are allergic. It really depend on the person preferences.

NAh, not and never for me!! Much as i might like the scent of certain perfumes, but i will not waste it that way!!
Too much of a good thing can backfire at times.. Even favourites can get dull/boring over the time.. hehe ^_^ Besides, perfumes are there for us to stand out among the rest, to complement us, and not use it as natural scent.. haha =D

hello kun,
lol..too expensive especially if it is the original brand though some uses only the imitation types or just a cologne works well too.
To other they have lot of rituals to make their room smell good like spraying perfumes, cologne or air freshener but so long as one get a fresh shower every night that aids in getting a quality sleep.

I don't do this but I do put on a fruity smelling lotion before bed. I think perfume is too expensive to waste this way. I usually only wear it if I will be going out somewhere or if I have an appointment or a meeting. But scented lotion is not expensive and smells good. Men usually tell me I smell good enough to eat.

hi zukichucha,
Yeah, lotion is also good aside from making you smell good it works like aromatheraphy and good to moisturize the skin. it helps a lot in getting a good sleep. Your man is so lucky to have you!;)

I don't do this. I don't even put perfume on when I leave. I just don't like perfumes that much. But I can understand why your friend puts on perfume before going to bed. Some people want to smell good all the time no matter what they are doing. And if her partner visits, she won't be embarrassed. It's okay as long as it makes her feel comfortable.

Hi angelajoy,
yeah that really been her reason to always smell good in case she have visitor then she would never have to spray new scent since it could even more noticeable that she really done just to be notice.

hi neel^^;;
this sounds weird but it's interesting too haha...
anyway i don't waste the perfume at night hahaha and the best way for me to feel fresh is to take a shower before bedtime and have a natural smell instead of perfume, and to change the sheets and covers as often as possible. keeping clean is more important i think and not faked by scent..

Yeah, especially to those who like to impress their partner. like if their if it is their own partner request so every girl should be felt excited otherwise if the other person does not like the scent it would only lead to disenchantment. So to be safe the natural scent of being clean all over the whole body is better than any other artificial scent..
Have a nice day, friend...

A clean bed and a clean body could be the best perfume while one sleeps and I opt for that.

Hello!
It sounds very interesting! No I do not use perfume before, I go to sleep. I had never thought about it. But, If I perfume myself, perfume evaporate, I think. I always use perfume when I go to concerts, school, shop etc. Simply saying everywhere I go, I use perfume. I can not understand people who do not use perfume generally, and who use perfume to much. Then people smell more bad like good. And I don't understand people who do not use deodorant. Then is hot summer day it is inevitably.

hi et28lv,
That really interesting and that sound weird to other people but to my friend it is normal since she do it just to impress her partner. She even have a lot of perfumes collection so she just take a small drops not too strong to put on her pillow then she could have a good sleep into the dreamland. Using perfume when in the outdoor is good practice and let the other people smell you good have influence in the mind it could be a turn on and a turn off depending on the perfume smell. As some of your likes may be dislikes by other people so using moderation is just necessary. Thanks for replying.

hi annavi,
yeah, cologne could be a good alternatives to perfume. Both could make anyone smelling fresh most of the time. Those kind of perfumes which have strong smell are not really good to use most of the time instead of smelling nice it could be annoying to some people especially those who have allergic to perfumes which they dislike the most.

I don't put on perfume--not even just at night, but not at all. Perfume is too strong for me.
I only use cologne when I am in school. My nose has an issue with scents, and right now the cologne I'm using makes it okay for me to spray away.

Mild cologne could still be a good choice just to smell fresh after long exposure and to hide the sweat smell if one have been expose too long under the sun. It could save the day..

Hehehehe. That's kinda weird.
I don't put perfume on before sleeping, cause it just feels weird. LOL. I love fresh shower smell, and perfumes would just overlap it...

I am not into that thing. In fact I seldom put perfume. Only if I am in big event or go out in the party and that is very seldom. I have an allergy when it comes to smell, so if I go to sleep I would see to it that I only smell the natural scent.
If i smell something strong, I keep on sneezing and that would not make me sleep at all.

Yeah just spray it when going outdoor that would be a good way than to put it when you are expected nothing like having no partner to smell closely or if you are just at home them being clean most of the time is already enough. Because you have allergy it is not really not advisable for you to pamper yourself using perfumes especially those with strong scent but you could try those mild perfumes or cologne that you find not sensitive.

Others put it because they have partner but if you are single then you could sleep without perfumes as long as you keep the habit of bathing everyday that comes as natural cleanliness..

It is best to keep clean maybe daily bath could be a good practice to maintain it is more cheaper than putting perfume just to hide the odor.

That better to be simple not to splurge on expensive things. I think a person who like to do it most of the time they are expecting their partner to appreciate them even with natural smell they like their meeting a special encounter between the two. So they like to be remember by their partner with the perfumes smell they wear.
