i admit to myself that i am a very emotional person specially when it is about my family. i always cry when i have problems. but one time i think about crying is not the best solution to my problems. so because of that, i start being mature.
so how about you guys? are you still emotional?

Being emotional, and expressing emotion through tears, are not the same thing. Some people experience very deep emotions entirely internally, and it may not be apparent even to those closest to them... others wear their heart on their sleeve and easily laugh, cry, express their feelings at all times. Who is to say which is the best option? For me I think negative emotions are best expressed rather than internalised where they can lead to depression and illness, and positive emotions are best shared as well, for a laugh or a smile can boost anyone's day.

Everyone is emotional with something and girls are emotional more easily because they are attached to something easily too, so they feel insecure sometimes and gets emotional. I happen to cry for small things yet it holds great importance to me.

All humans bear emotions, it's just that we express our emotions in different ways. When sad, some people cry to release the emotion while some people opt to do fun things to occupy their minds. Crying is an outlet, of joy, pain or sorrow. It is never a weakness to shed some tears once in a while. It only show that we are human, we have feelings. Whether you're a man or a woman, crying is normal.

Girls are emotional because we are allowed to be that way. Guys are expected to toughen up. Crying is considered sissy. But I believe that guys should allow themselves to cry. They shouldn't keep their emotions bottled up.
