in my opinion, bodybuilding/weight training is the best exercise and lose weight safely and permanently, by embarking in bodybuilding program, your weight loss will be permanent since bodybuilding is a lifestyle, not a quick fix to lose weight and one more thing the more lean you are/muscle the more your body burn fat..

Well its good and if you think need to increase the personality. You can chek for good body building training centres and sure u can be beneficial

Bodybuilding is really good if you want especially to build muscles, I have found out as I progressed in the field that it isn't so ideal as it seems if you want healthy body performance. If you want to build strength you should consider doing power lifting. To increase your endurance you can do jogging or swimming , if you aim in basic health you can just do a simple sport like tennis and if you like being a competitive athlete do martial arts.
