morning banana diet

I heard it's super effective if you want to lose weight, just take it on breakfast it helps for your digestion then you can eat anything in your lunch and dinner just don't eat anymore after 8pm. Mylotters what do you think?

i also heard of this and tried for some days but eating bananas everyday makes me constipated. err! but in the diet i read to be effective, you have to eat fruits only on the first except bananas then veggies only on the second dayy then fruits and veggies still on the third day except bananas then on the fourth day you can eat a portion of white meat and can eat bananas..i don't know why they don't consider eating bananas on the first day of that diet thinking its a fruit hehe just sharing this :)
