I heard it's super effective if you want to lose weight, just take it on breakfast it helps for your digestion then you can eat anything in your lunch and dinner just don't eat anymore after 8pm. Mylotters what do you think?

iamrach i also heard of this and tried for some days but eating bananas everyday makes me constipated. err! but in the diet i read to be effective, you have to eat fruits only on the first except bananas then veggies only on the second dayy then fruits and veggies...

iamrach i think batanes would be a lovely place to visit. i really want to go there coz what ive seen in their tourism is their beautiful beaches. but it would take long hours to travel to the upper most top place of the philippines

iamrach It's good that vice ganda's talent has been discovered by abscbn coz before he was a hit i used to watch him at comedy bars and he was really funny. i think if given a chance to star in a movie it would probably be a big hit!
