Well yesterday I renewed my contract with T-Mobile, and upgraded my phone to the new Blackberry Storm 2 phone... I am still unsure about it, as I do not get on with texting people very well with touchscreens, but I have been told that this phone is so much better for texting than my iphone, because you can type quicker without making mistakes with your spelling. I don't know how true this is, unless anyone out there can advise me??? Well I guess I have got 14 days to decide and if I don't like it I am going to try a different phone, maybe a Blackberry Bold, that has the buttons on the front to push, or perhaps a Nokia, or Sony Ericcson as they are the other phones that seem good. What do you guys think, do you have a blackberry are they as good phones like people tell me?

Personally, I've always liked a physical keyboard on my phones (that's why I got the Palm Pre Plus from Verison) but with the Swype keyboard texting and typing on a plain touch screen is actually pretty good. I've played with a Swype keyboard, it's actually fun to just slide your fingers on the virtual keyboard to type. I recommend getting it if your Blackberry doesn't automatically have it. It'll save a lot of frustration.

Most of the branded phones are good. All features are there with all brands. Now the issue is that which one you should select. If you as people, they may have their own likes & dislikes. So, better you go for the one which you likes. It make some sense that the one your like is selected and you are going to use the mobile. Still you need a choice by design and features, make a short life of all the best ones and get it observed (handy) from a show room. If you are OK of anything, go for it!!! Thank-s

My daughter had a Blackberry which she loved, but couldn't afford to keep the contract going. My son has an iPhone and loves it, he uses it almost all day, it seems. I'm not very keen on mobiles so I'm happy with a basic-ish Motorola.

The only blackberry I have ever had was the curve 8330, and it was a n nice phone, but I hated the browser in it.I just couldn't do with it what I wanted, so I didn't have it very long. I don't know anything more about the blackberry storm 2. My son has the first storm, and he doesn't really like it all that much as it locks up on him everyday, and he needs his phone, for his business. His contract isn't up with verizon until December, and he is planning on going to at&t, and getting the iphone, as he has the ipod touch and he really likse that. I don't know anytbhing about the iphone either. At least you have time to see if it work for you, and if not then you can get a different phone. I hope it owrks out for you though. Take care, and happy mylotting.
