does glutathione really whitens the skin? Id like to ask those who have tried this food supplement

I've used gluta before and it actually did not work. I take it for 2 months but there is no effect. I guess maybe because my skin is much more darker that is why I did not see any changes. They also told me that it would depend on what type skin you have. The more darker it is the longer that it will whiten.

probably its also with the amount of gluta in the tablet you take too, Ada..
well, i havent tried that... its too expensive for me... lol
and im afraid there will be unbelievable change in my skin color...

Yes it does, as a matter of fact, my uncle prescribes gluta-time to hepa patients. instead of yellowish skin, they glow like this rosy white skin. well, aside xempre sa mga sobrang itim na, they lighten a little though. he also prescribe gluta-slim for obese patients.

well it really works but i don't know the side effects.. better consult your doctor about it
