which kind of working environment you like most in a company?

i am productive most when there is noise around like people are talking aloud while there is music. so long as no one bothers me, i'll be fine.

the perfect environment for me would be where I'm working currently. I can hear people chatting and there's constant movement but no one gets disturbed by any of that..working in a dry and dull environment where there's pin drop silence would make my work even more dull and there would be no excitement..haha..i like to see people on the move and this makes my work even more enjoyable..an environment with PIN DROP silence is defly not for me :D ..!! and oh i also get to plug in my earphones at times and listen to some quality music while im working which makes it even better ;)

I think it depends on the nature of the job..........I prefer a tension free job..and for this a quiet environment... thanks for starting the discussion... have a great day/night........

I don't think I'd like it so quite that I could hear a pin drop. I'd feel really self conscious and that everyone could overhear what I'm doing or saying. Yikes! I'd prefer it to be about medium volume where I can still hear the person who is talking next to me, but not so loud that I can hear the person across the room. I think then it's not only easy to communicate, but easy to work as well.
