which kind of working environment you like most in a company?

For example while working it should be a pin drop silence in the floor? or you should always make noise and it should be crowd while working? or your boss should be strict on you guys or while working funny things should happen......

marylamb i am productive most when there is noise around like people are talking aloud while there is music. so long as no one bothers me, i'll be fine.

marylamb its just so hard to stop smoking, i used to sweat real hard while i was trying to quit. its even harder to quit when you are with other people who smoke. i had to chew betel nuts for months before i finally did stop.
