portion size , dont eat any 1 food at once larger than your fist, when i want to lose quick weight i eat fruit in the morning, a hand full of grapes to get my metabolism cranking, then a bowl of vegetable soup about 1-2 o clock, any soup is good as long as its not creamy soup, milk based. and that keeps me full. at night no more than 6 oz. of protein, chicken, fish or beef, and veggies no potato's, and try not to eat past 7pm, if your going to eat a salad eat it "after" you eat your main meal as salad takes longer to burn off than meat and will keep your metabolism cranking longer. it's up to you not to eat all the junk food, but as soon as you start seeing the stomach muscles show and your stomach shrinks you'll be pushing away food. when your crunching keep your hands folded across your chest not behind your neck, that way your not pulling on your neck and your stomach has to do all the work, you'll get there fast, just stay off all the crap during the day and dont eat junk food. i lost 83 pounds in 9 months that way. i crunch laying on my back with my feet as close to my butt as is comfortable and then crunch the longer you hold the more your muscles will tighten and stretch

Jogging can help you with this too.
if you are doing crunches and not doing running you will find it difficult to lower your fats.
start jogging and walk in the night as well.
never sleep as soon as you eat dinner
take care
bye

Sit -ups are really effective in burning fats in our abdomen. But the task is quite hard to do. I suggest you should try jogging for an hour 2 every morning. Then you can do your situps. You could also try the bending your body in reverse. An opposite sit-up to best describe it. This will also tighten your abdomens.

having ripped abs takes time and it doesn't made in the gym or any exercis, partly, it is made in the kitchen, watch what you eat, try the diet with hight in protein and fiber, avoid carbs, eat 6 times a day with time spacing of 3 hours..
