I am hoping that I will be able to join the gym that is close to my house in the very near future so that I will be able to work out every day. Until then, I get the majority of my exercise from walking up and down our street. I also love to swim, but with the children being with me all the time, it isn't possible at all because they need me whenever we are in the water. I'm also looking forward to my son getting better with a bicycle so we will all be able to cycle together.

I would love to but I just don't have the time to. Furthermore I believe in doing a little everyday. I would rather have a daily workout for 20 minutes than an intensive gym workout for 1 hour for once or twice per week. The occasional biking and swimming should all add up to a wonderful workout besides having fun with the kids.

alilin well now I am exercising my arms, wrists and fingers here
so that should count, right? well I have not felt much like
walking but maybe tomorrow in stead. i need new orthopedic shoes
first as these hurt my feet and are very worn.
