Too Much Computer

These past few days, I felt so light headed because of too much computer and lack of sleep. The only thing that keeps me away from my computer is my daily hygiene routine. I don't even take naps. I'm forcing myself too much to earn money online because I'm not earning much . I want to invest in Forex so badly. I even convinced my dad to invest for me and then I'll pay him back. He hasn't decided yet. I'm starting to have occasional dizziness and headaches. I almost fainted 2 days ago. I know this is an unhealthy routine, but I want it so bad. I just wish that all this hard work will pay off. No pain No gain!

Yikes! You don't want to work so jars that it is detrimeental to your health!
I tend to stay on the computer way too much too. I Gsometimes get pain in my neck, back, wrists or fingers. The pain was bad enough that It made me take breaks from the computer. I knee I had to stop because I was damaging my health. I love earning money online but I know I can't be on it 24\7. Try taking breaks to eat and sleep. Your body needs that and it helps keep you healthy. Your money doesn't disappear when you leave the computer for a little. Good luck!

stephanieanc you are not alone in the error bit, I was so gungho typing here I saw I had made several unbelievable errors those that change the whole meaning of something.maybe the two of us are also overdoing the computering. lol.

[i]Thanks for the wonderful advice stephanie. Actually, I already took a 1 day break. 1 whole day away from my computer to get some sleep. And it worked. I'm going to try and make some changes in my daily routine.

Well, even if you want to push yourself to make money, taking fifteen minute breaks isn't going to make much difference negatively on that. And it sounds like a break would seriously benefit you. Maybe even take a no-computer day. Go hang out with your friends for a while, and sleep at a normal time!

hi sophiaraine forgive an older woman but it is not good to have pain, that old saying is a bunch of hooey. to me it sounded like you had low blood sugar and the only cure is to eat something to raise the glucose in your blood like a glass of orange juice or skim milk,not whole milk as that has too much fat, or a handfulof hard candy.once the dizziness and headache is gone have a sandwich with meat and bread to keep you from going low again.computer use is great but you also need food and sleep
too. getting sick so you cannot use the computer at all is not going to help you my dear. even a short nap would have helped. I am a diabetic and I go low at times and its an awful feeling. I must eat or I will not just faint I will go into a coma for lack of sugar at all.I have longed to try forex but I just do not have the money for it. hope you can get what you want but do take care of yourself.

hi mama hatley! Can I call you mama haley? Lol. I don't think that my blood sugar is low. I think it's my blood pressure that's low since I'm not getting enough sleep. We are a family of diabetics. From my grandparents to my aunts and my parents. Luckily, I still have no diabetes but since our diabetic gene is strong, it's not impossible for me to get it. you gave me a very nice advice. your spirit & dedication is commendable.., but you still do have to take care of yourself. wouldn't want all your earnings to pay for medical & doctor's bills now would you?

Same here, i want to earn some handsome money so i am online more than 9 hour.So bad and So sad. i am sleeping at 3:00 and wake up at 8:00. and its not healthy for me.But i want money for my home and for me. but i like challenges in life.So i know one day i will earn amount that i want and it will from online business.My friend told me i am deadman.

Wow, why do you want so much cash so quickly...I mean like you must have a real good concentration or determination for what ever you want. Either way nothings worth that much pain, good luck getting whatever.

I also experience that when I am still a beginner in earning online and I admit it,It's addicting and until now I have less sleep and to be honest,It is not really good for your health.Trust me,take my advice,now I am suffering for some illness because of lack of sleep.I am not also away from my computer and almost all of my life is in cyberworld.I just sleep 5 hours and the rest 15 to 16 is just computer.For three year of being a geek until now,my eyesight is not normal anymore.I always have head aches and fever.My sleeping routine is totally abnormal and maybe in 1 year,I went to hospital,10 times or more and normally its not like that when I was still not seriously in computers.Now as much as possible.I am trying to get 8 hours of sleep just to make it normal and don't gain weight.
Always remember if your sleepy,take a nap,don't force yourself.If your body is giving a warning,better follow it.Money will be always there.Life is just once,just like an egg,needs to be safe and not fall down on the floor.

did you ever think if the earnings you can have here online will be enough to buy your medicine? in my case if i feel tired i just give a rest than force myself as i only suffer the next day which of course additional problem to my part since i dont have daily income and health for me is important. theres too many online earnings out there that will give you big money without the needs to invest, all you need is to look for them and you dont even need to spend whole day infront of the net. just keep in mind that earnings online must be enjoyable and not to force yourself to it or you will only get disappointed at the end.

Hi sophiaraine: My advice would be relax, take it easy. You have to take your time and you need to sleep well and also do some other things. Money is just a thing, you need to care yourself. If you want to invest in forex, you can be sure you'll find a way to do it but you can't be over obsessed with tha idea. Try to calm down, sleep well and then come back to earn more money. Yeah, but still you should sleep- even if it's just 30 minutes.. I think it would be easier to earn from a job than here online, or maybe it's best if you just apply for a part-time job or something.

because lack of sleep for working on your online job can earn you more,umm more

Your failing in health is probably less to do with the computer than to do with your lack of activity while on the computer. and lack of sunshine and fresh air. try taking small breaks to get a healthy snack and maybe take a short walk, even if it's two minutes. get out in the sunshine. lack of sunshine can cause a vitamin d deficiancy and your body will just wither away.
