I wanted to start a similar discussion a few times now but you beat me to it. I have 2 scars. First is on my chin...when i was like 8 i was chasing my friend with a bike and i slipped on the grass and hit the side of a house. Bike was all bloody and my chin was split in half as if i had another mouth. I remember i asked an older citizen if i'm bleeding and she almost passed out. The second scar is smaller and it's silly how i got it. I was on holiday with parents and there was this pool about 50-100m from sea. I found a sea snail near the pool and wanted to "rescue" him so i swinged real hard to throw it to the sea and hit a rock fence with my thumb. I still have two little scars on my thumb.

I have a scar on my left forearm resulting from a MRSA infection i may have contracted when my mum was so sick. I had the mrsa infection for over 2years before getting it under control. I have a scar on my right side of my fore head from my brother throwing a cup at me. Left leg i got a scar from having a skin cancer removed when i was 12. Right leg i have a scar on my calf from getting attacked by 3 dogs. I remain fairly scared of dogs. oh almost forgot one scar on my neck i got as a kid from squeezing what i thought was a pimple but it was chickenpox.

I have got lots of scars, most of them small and some faded, thanks to growing up in a countryside. I have three fairly big scars which are not fading. One is on the inside of my leg, just below the knee - thin scar, about 2 cm long. I got this when I was about 10 years old. Me and my friends went to a river against my grandmother's advice, I stepped on a twig with my left leg and my right leg got the ragged edge. I remember I was so scared to tell my grandmother.
The other two scars are on my right arm, one at the wrist and one at the shoulder. I got both these scars from a motorcycle accident when I was in college. A friend was dropping me to my hostel and he was a new driver, he just learnt to drive motorcycle and we fell. Thankfully, not very seriously.

usually they fade away over time. I have a scar on my neck from chickenpox but its gone vertually flat and not noticible unless you have a close look. I think shaving may have helped it to get smaller i don't know. Im sure there are some creams you can get from the chemist ask the pharmisist for their advice.

I was a small kid when I got my double scar almost like a parallel line at my left leg. The cut was deep enough to make a scar but nothing as deep as the thickness of a five peso coin. Its very visible only hidden by some shorts. Another scar came from a machete cut which almost separated the flesh from my left pinky. It resemble 3/4 of a circle. The other one is from a burn caused by a flying molten plastic. I was burning the garbage and in turn the garbage tried to burn me.

I have an S shaped scar in my left leg about 2 inches long, look like a centipede.
I got this when I was bumped by a taxi 20 years ago. I was hospitalized for about 10 days because of infection.
Everytime I see this scar, the past reminded me of its hurt and pain; but nevertheless, I still thank God for being aliv. I believe He still have purpose for me. God is not finish with me yet.

I got a scar in my right leg. I got it when I fell from a stair down to a pool. Its a good thing that there's water in the pool. If not then I'm probably not posting here right now.

when i was a kid, i don't have scars..my mom is even protecting me from mosquito bites..but then out life turned upside down..we lost our home and went to live in a squatters area for quite a while..that place is really messy and i can still remember playing with my neighbors on the garbage swamps..that's when i started to get scars from itching and falling on the ground..i lost my beautiful skin..but then i'm very proud of my mom that she was able to get us out of that place..now i'm protected from mosquito bites again and we're living a healthy life..

I have a big scar on my back.. It happened when I was a kid, and my cousins and I are playing newspaper dance.. My cousin tried to carry me because the paper was already too small, unfortunately she got out of balance and we both fell on their dresser, the mirror broke and one of them cut me at the back, the wound healed in no time, but a big scar was left behind. Hehehehe. I remember there was a lot of blood then, and my cousins were all in panic.. I think I was in shock. Hahaha.

I have some small scars down the back of my left leg from where I fell into a prickly bush when I was a kid. If I remember correctly I was trying to get a football out from underneath it with my foot when I somehow slipped and ended up with a scratched up leg.
I have scars from last summer too where I had been devoured by mosquitos :(

When I was little I didnt get too many scars that have stayed with me, though there were the odd coupld from chicken pox but most of us have those.
When I was a teenager and my parents made me do chores they asked me to do some wood chopping with a really toothy saw. I missed the wood and put the teeth of the saw in to my hand! It wasnt nice and have had a scar since.
Recently though I keep getting more and more scars. Alot of them burns from cooking (I am a little accident prone and absent minded!) and most of them are on my hand. Also having a cat means I get a lot of scratches from him from when he's playful and I have even had the odd bite mark from him lol! It's fine though because he's a lovely kitty most of the time.

I have two scars one is on my finger another above my knee. The one on my finger was when I was a teenager. I was making a sandwich for my little sister and she wanted to cut the sandwich but I said no. She grabbed the knife and ended up slicing my finger instead. The scar above my knee is from having a tumor removed back when I was seventeen years old. Thank God it was benign and everything worked out.
