I have a 7' netbook notebook and I don't really like it. The key board is very small. It is a very portable and easy to carry. Plus it is light weight too. I would rather have an laptop that is over the sizes of 12"-15". I think that this would suit me much better. I can type much faster on a laptop vs an netbook notebook. Don't get me wrong these little netbooks are very convenient to have though. Which one would you prefer to have? A netbook notebook or a laptop? Which suits you better?

I would like to have a 15 inch touch screen laptop, as it would be awesome. I don't like using the little touch pad on laptops.

Hi, wiggles18. I don't like using the touch pad either. When we first got this laptop, I did not like the touch pad at all. So, my husband went out and bought a Logitech mouse. It worked well until it ran out of batteries that is.. So since I have been using this laptop, the touch pad has become so much easier for me to use now. I guess that I have gotten used to using it. I don't mind still using an mouse though. For the 7" netbook notebook, I know without a shadow of doubt that I will have to have a mouse for this. The touch pad moves too slow for me.

I agree. Touch screen would be awesome too! I would like a bigger screen too, so I can see it if I don't have my glasses on. I don't really like the net books, even though I'm short and have a small fingers, I feel like they're too tiny. I'd definitely go for a laptop. I am actually looking for a new one. I'm thinking of getting a Sony Vaio.

Hi cream, I have my personal laptop for quite sometime. I like it very much as its 14 point 1 inches wide screen. Therefore I could enjoy reading and typing and watching video at the same time. of course I would miss some scenes or stories for sure if I'm engrossed on my reading or typing. I found a bit difficult when I ran my fingers on its keyboard initially. Yeah, for I was accustomed with the bigger and wider desktop keyboard for a long period. We couldn't deny that the keyboard as well as the lcd screen of a netbook is smaller compared to the notebook, and we would find it's not that comfortable to use it. Anyway I like this thin and slim as well as lighter device for it's easy for me to carry with when away from home. I believe I would be used to it as well like what I had experienced before when I used my laptop initially Happy posting

Hello cream. I bought a 7-inche netbook. It was cheap, but not good to use as you have mentioned that the keys are too tiny. I don't like it and still keep it without using it at all. I think that I will give it to someone who is happy to use it when I get back to my hometown. It is better to buy a big-size laptop as the first choice.

Hi, williamjisir. Where did you get your netbook from?? Mines was really cheap too? A big sized laptop is so much better to have. The screen is very small and it makes my neck very cramped and tired.

Hi, keval32. I have not used my desktop computer since, 2008. I need a modem to go along with it. Hopefully, I can get it back within this month or next month.

Well I have a 10.1" MSI notebook and I love it. It has a large size keyboard compared to similar size notebooks. It includes all that I need, bluetooth, wireless internet, large HD and memory, and is much faster that my desktop. I have lot found any disadvantage of using my 10.1" notebook, but a 7" notebook I think is too small.

I will prefer a laptop for sure.. hehe ^_^ It's much easier to be working on a laptop compared to netbook, for netbook's purpose is not really meant for work.. haha =D Netbook is more for networking sites, uploading photos etc.. hehe ^_^ PLus, the screen of a netbook is way too small, and one wont be able to have a full view of a huge full size document.. hehe ^_^ As such, i will still prefer laptop even though it's heavier.. haha

i would also prefer a conventional laptop rather than a netbook. but because of the budget, i can only afford the baby laptop. well, so far, i have no regrets with my unit as it helps me a lot in my online activities. and not only me, the whole family is enjoying this one, so far.

As much as I know about these I find that the laptop is the best. The others don't do as much and/or the same as the laptop. I think the notebook is smaller and so is the net book. I like the laptop with all the options available so I can do what I want and have it at my disposal.

I would prefer to have a 14" or 15" notebook than the small and tiny 7" netbook. In 7" netbook, almost everything are small. The keyboard is small, especially the screen. It is too small to able to look or read the content at one glance. So I would prefer a bigger screen or the commons notebook than a netbook.

I prefer a laptop. Netbooks just won't suit my needs. Netbooks are built for browsing the internet or document editing and other tasks that do not require powerful computers. I also play high-end games so a laptop is really a must for me. The more powerful the better.

I have researched both and realized that a laptop would be much better. You can do a lot more with a laptop than you can a netbook. You can also buy smaller laptops that hardly weight anything. I bought a laptop for my mother and myself after my research was done.

7" is a netbook, not a netbook. I had a chance of buying a netbook for Rs 20,000 which is $450 in USD. It was a good buy because the netbook was of Sony. But then again the screen was very small and keyboard also wasn't comfortable. I can't say anything about touchpad but it was not comfortable at all for me. So, my choice is Laptop. Laptops are the best!
