Do you believe that good people go to good places when they die?

Do you believe that when we die, our spirit goes to a good or a bad place?
Bad people don't go to Heaven.
Good People see the light.
Do you agree with that?

I am a Catholic and I believe in Heaven, Hell and Purgatory. That makes me always want to be a good person.

Greetings princesslawyer0515,
I just finished a discussion up above and I notice yours. I am glad that you have such a strong desire to be with God in heaven, but it is not about striving to be good.
If I may, briefly encourage you with the fact that when we accept Jesus into our hearts, we have His love in us, which should be our number one motivation in building a strong relationship with Him.
However, we also need to accept the power as well, which is the Holy Spirit that enables us to do the Father's work in our lives to serve others.
May you continue to seek more of God in His Word.

It's not fear that drives me to be good but my strong desire to be with God in heaven when I die.

Yes i do believe, whatever we did good or bad we will be judge according to the laws of God. That's why there is purgatory and we pray for the souls of those departed loved ones to give them chance to go in heaven.

That's an interesting questions which prompts me to ask, what is your definition of good and of bad? Do you know anyone who has always been good or has always been bad? If heaven is a perfect place, is anyone good enough to be worthy of heaven, and who gets to judge the worthiness of the individual?

Of course i do. I agree with you as it's true.
I know who will do good things in this world they will go heaven and who will do bad they will go hell.
Every single things that people have done here it will be judge by Allah.
So i agree.
