do you breath through nose or mouth while sleeping?

umm... since im asleep, i don't quite know how i breath ill have someone to observe that while i sleep n then ask him soon.

I don't know how I breath all I know is that I do! The one thing I do know I do when I sleep is I talk to people. My partner says I hold conversations as if there is someone else in the room. I disbielved my partner. The next time I started chatting away my partner video'd it. Sure enough there I was sitting up in bed chatting away as if there was someone else there and we were in deep conversation.

i'm sure i breath through my nose because whenever i breath through my mouth, my mouth will become dry and i will wake. i have such experience. when i catch a cold and have a stuffy nose, i have to breath through my mouth, then i can not go to sleep.

Well, I do know that when I go to sleep I breathe through my nose... but I must start breathing through my mouth through the night because when I wake up my throat and mouth is so dry! But who knows what happens when we sleep!

I always breathe through my mouth because there's something with my nose. If I close my mouth too long, I'll feel choking. CT examination showed Nasal bone shape is askew. So certainly I breathe through nose while sleeping.

how am i supposed to know?? I don't know how I breathe when i am sleeping. I wil ask me sister tonight and post again.
