How do you sleep so good at night?

It's been my problem since summer vacation started when all I wanna do is surf the net and watch movies the whole day and all night. I'm always lacked of sleep and now I just couldn't sleep anymore. It would take me at least two or more hours to finally sleep. and I'm always irritable. when I wake up in the middle of the night it's hard for me to sleep again I don't know what to do anymore. and I always feel the urgency to void at night so it adds up. when I wake up in the morning, I feel so tired as if I never gone to sleep at night and my neck is aching. Please help! share your secrets for a good night's sleep.

Those who have a disturbed sleep must calm their mind before going to sleep. You can do this by meditating or praying for 5 minutes. can hear melodies if you are lover of music.
When you feel your mind is calm and your heart beats normally you can have a light warm milk and go to bed.
You can change the appearence of your bed for a better sleep. You can have a bedsheet of your favourite colour. Change the direction of the bed and remove those things from your room which distracts you a lot.
Also practice in your mind, whenever you see your bed tell yourself its the place to sleep.

thanks! I think I really need to calm down and relax. I'm so irritable really because I even complain about the texture of the bed sheet..that it is itchy and there's a lot of mosquitoes or it's so hot. I already tried drinking milk at night but I just void every now and then so I'll reduce it for now. And the music, what kind of music should i listen to? do you have an idea? anyway thanks for the help I really appreciated it thank you very much!
