Most virus, germs, insects like flies and mosquitoes are active in rainy season, water is polluted, so you must take boiled water, avoid exposure to rain , avoid insect, snake bites..

okay, i'm an expert when it comes to these things.:) as much as possible, don't wade through floodwater. there was a leptospirosis epidemic in our town last year because of the 'great flood' and it's not just that, you can also develop a lot of skin problems by wading through really dirty water, remember, there's flood because of the poor drainage systems and people's improper waste disposal. another thing, stay dry and load up on vitamins so you can keep your immune system up. don't stock water and leave it exposed because mosquitoes lay their eggs. you don't want to start a malaria or dengue outbreak.

Fist of all, you should dress some clothes, which keep warm. You can dress clothes that doesn't let the water to flow (clothes from special matter). Furthermore, don't let your feet to become wet. Never. Don't stay long time outside if it rains. Go under shelter fast. If it's a pouring rain you can put on boots. It's good to have a an umbrella with you. Don't let your hair to become wet. The most important is to do not stay long time outside. That's it. If you want to ask me something, feel free. :)

Could be better of a regular in-take of Vit.C, or eat fresh fruits or drink lot's of water/juices to let the Immune system gets stronger. Of course, when going to office or wherever you like to go, bring necessary protection like umbrella, jackets or headcup.
