It doesn't matter what other country he was born in (though most think Kenya or Indonesia), but that he be a native American, born on native soil. The Constitution, which he took an OATH to uphold, forbids anyone not born here (or at least on what is legally "American soil" such as at a military base in another country), or who has dual citizenship (he does) from being president. PERIOD. Now, I know oaths are just a silly little pestiferous speed bump to be ignored by Leftists, but the country does not agree! Anyone who has to get a BC when they weren't registered at birth must PROVE they were born here. They'll need unbiased witnesses & other records. Otherwise, they simply cannot run for president. I haven't chosen anyone yet, but there are several possibilities. I love the governor of Arizona, for example. Now there's a person I could trust to stand up to the RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) & other Leftists! All of BO's cabinet & his unelected czars should go. BO doesn't pass laws, though he can sign or veto them. Congress (which is overwhelmingly in his pocket) does that. If there are enough in Congress who disagree with his signing, they can still veto a law that's bad. No, see, that's just it--his records were NOT checked! There's documentation of that, too. Unlike his opponent, who was hounded to show every record he ever had, BO's records have been hidden, completely, & he's spent nearly 2 million dollars (part of it OUR tax money!) to fight in court to keep them hidden! But you didn't read the related articles on that site (there are hundreds documenting the cover-up of every record that man possesses, plus documents proving other thing about him & his crooked, Marxist buddies. One of these articles explains that, at the time of his birth, the mother wasn't old enough to confer citizenship on him, especially since she gave birth out of the US, as evidence shows. As to your second letter, had you read the other letters here, you'd have known that this has already arisen & been dealt with. Biden & ALL BO's cabinet & czars would be ousted, too, were he to be found to be illegally elected, & all his "executive orders" & deals & laws would automatically be null & void. A new election would have to be held. Biden, the Gaffometer, could run if he wants to, but please...NO-BODY wants him... I'm not sure I want him impeached, but arrested, instead. Being impeached doesn't necessarily get a president out of the office -- see Bill Clinton --& then there are his many illegal orders, bribes, back-room deals & other traitorous actions...impeachment wouldn't reverse that. You just really need to get on the clue bus. However an election turns out, I accept the outcome--WHEN it was a legitimately-run election. BO was never vetted, & I would set up a hue & cry that the law be obeyed even were a person I was absolutely thrilled with, yet who had not been vetted, were to run. A great example is Bobby Jindal, Louisiana's governor. He's aces in my eyes, but as he is not native born, he's ineligible to be president. It's long been my experience that those on the left who accuse Conservatives of such superficial thinking are doing what psychiatrists call "projection." I was born in Houston, Texas, U.S.A. That's as Ameerican as it gets. And unlike el presidente, I am willing to prove it. As for having no right to criticize the president? B.S.!
