Hi, indhunair. I would think that you should boil the noodles into rapidly boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. And drain the water out of the pot. Then season it to taste. I don't know how to make homemade noodles at all. I just know how to cook them when they come from out of the noodles package. Here are two links that shows you how to make homemade noodles. I hope that this helps you. http://www.scientificpsychic.com/mind/noodles.html http://hubpages.com/hub/Homemade-Noodles

Rent the Disney Movie, Ratatouille on DVD, in the special features, is a great way to make the noodles. Plus it is a killer show. Cheers.

Like what kind of noodles like soup or like spaghetti noodles? I recommend visiting the food network web page to look for recipes since its against mylot guidelines to actually post them. Generally you let the water boil, then add the noodles, cook till soft about 10-15 minutes, dump everything into a strainer, do not rinse, then fix as desired. Hope you find what your looking for! -Scott
