apoorva5 ya we must give our body also some good sleep. give one day to relax at home and other day to go outside for few hours but not giving again to our body tiredness so that we have to prepare for the next day.

apoorva5 ya one day we have to keep for the house cleaning .ya going out for few hours its OK.but the relax will get if we stay at home having some entailment.
