Is the weather becoming abnormal in your side this year?

Extremely strange. Three weeks of constant cloudiness and rain, and it is summer here!!!

Sure it is.I remember last year in Wenzhou.We wear sleeveless and short dress in may.But in this year always rain weather day .and petty cold especially in the morning and after the sunset.It's very strange.I really hope the 2012 it's just a fake joke .I dont hope it will be come ture .Blessing!!

We have had some very strange weather conditions here in Australia in the last few weeks.We are in winter at the moment , but the last 4 weeks we have had extreme weather conditions and severe storms , it did not stop raining for 4 weeks, and further up the coast we had a mini tornado that ruined about 100 homes, we do not normally have tornados here and I think this shocked many people. So I do think the weather has become abnormal.

Every year its getting hotter and hotter in my country and in my city.This year the summer started in March and it was blazing hot till just 3 to 4 days back.We are expecting the monsoon to start any day since the dark clouds are hovering above.Since the last 3 to 4 days the temperature has come down quite a bit.This year too the rains are late since they usually start by June 10th. I have also noticed that the winters which are mild here have become much cooler.All this due to global warming,i suppose.

Yes, because of global warming there are changes in our weather condition. In our country I've watched news that in some of our region it rained some ice which is abnormal here. I hope we can survive and the can our planet can last longer...

so we suffered the extreme effects of el nino last summer and now we're bracing ourselves for la nina which means, a whole lot of rain. it's abnormal alright! weather conditions have been eccentric and it's so hard dealing because you just never know what to expect.

Not really, there was a period where strange weather was creeping into our seasons but it's been pretty normal the past two years. I haven't noticed any strange or different types of weather, I know we've been hit with flooding but that's about it. It's certainly worse elsewhere I know that :(

I think the world has been experiencing strange weather since at least the hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Lausianna, USA. There has been a freeze in Hawaii and recently in Flordia, both tropical places. Have You ever watched the movie 2012? I believe that something like that is happening. Or coarse not as sudden or dramatic as the movie. Like the movie it took hours but i think in real life its taking years.

Nothing strange here in India,it June the rainy season has come and it is still now down pouring rain even know, weather is much better and somewhat cooler..as it was summer that give a very hot days,thankfully now its cool that we can rest low, outing is not possible due to rain,everybody in their homes resting. and i wish it would rain all day,thou it is already raining 24hrs daily.

It is far different from the climate or weather 50 years ago if you are old enough to discern the difference. I guess this is what environmentalist call "climate change". Effects of global warming and man's indifference toward mother nature and the environment. Heavy industrialization, rampant deforestation, indiscriminate waste disposal, all these have their telling effect on the weather. We are now experiencing the extremes in weather conditions - unbearable heat during summer, extended dry spells, rising tide waters, flash floods, extreme or freezing cold climate. The weather was never this harsh in my youth.

This few month weather really unpredictable because at this month usually already dry season but its rainy every day and the weather can be really cold. I am planing my garden at the beginning of march but I had to start at Mei because its keep raining hard.

yeah you are correct. The weather is cool and it is already rainning. But all the same i'm loving the early rain.

Yeah, I feel the same. Usually, in Indonesia, the dry season starts in April, but now even until June, the rain is still pouring heavily in my place.

Yes, the weather is the midwest Southeastern Wisnsonsin is abnormal. I mean it just outrageous. In May we had 80/90 degree weather. That's really telling us that we need to look for the signs of the times.

The weather seems unusual here, but when I look back over the weather history, it's not so much. However, we did get a lot of rain over the last three days and the rivers are flooding. That's happened before, though... it just seems that everything taken altogether makes it feel strange. An early spring, warm weather, then it cooled down, then it got hot, and then this storm that dropped temperatures drastically.

The storms and rain are getting so dangerous here. It seems when it rains, it rains inches at a time. The storms seem to always have tornadoes or are severe.

It's not only happening in my place only. The whole world weather patterns seems like is changing rapidly from year to year. From the news, we know that there are more and more typhoon and storms in Asia and America. There are more floods in Europe and even in Australia. It's really scary to read news about casualty and destruction of building and properties. I think all this is caused by the global warming. I hope the country leaders from all over the world become more concerned about it and take some effective and constructive action to battle against the global warming. Besides, I also hope all us can do our part to help mother earth.

they forecasted to rain early even if the summer is not yet over. but sometimes, they will say, it is still summer. well, as of this moment, the sun shines at its hottest and no one can predict the rain will come or not. but usually, it rains even when the weather is fine.

I live in Miami, Florida. Without a doubt the weather is like most of my friends say "bi-polar". When I woke up today, it was beautiful! There a couple of clouds here and there, but an overall nice sky. By 2 PM the sky was dark, and an hour later it was pouring. About 30 minutes late the rain ceased abruptly and soon the sky cleared to reveal a blazing sun. Not cool.

It has been becoming a little erratic here in Singapore. We used to have the heavy monsoon rains only in December. But recently, we have been hit by the heavy down pours in mid year June/July. Is this the effect of El Nino?
