Does Mylot need a change of skin?

If you see the new Windows, Mac OS, iPhones, PDAs, etc... you'll probably see that the skin is beautiful and very modern too. Windows has changed from Windows 98 to Windows 7. The change of the skin has been radical. But...Mylot??? In my opinion, the Mylot' skin is boring and very old. It hasn't changed. So I would like to ask you if you think it's necessary and good to change the skin. I think a new skin will "attract" new people. Thanks for your answers. :) .

Many of us love the white bacground and I hope it stays that way. It is easy on the eyes. If you want to alter you can though. Have a look at this discussion: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2273876.aspx

I like the white background myself. I am from the old school, I don't like when a site is being too colourful or too much graphics. I like simplicity. So, the present look of myLot is perfect for me. I have seen some members editing their profile with different background colours and some actually make it very hard to read. It may look nice to some, but to me functionality beats the colourfulness or whatever.

Yah, i guess they could revamp the skin of the site, but i love this skin too. If they are able to change the skin without affecting the loading speed of the site, then it would really by nice

I don't think the skin is the problem may a change of interface rather than a change of color. I do think new people need to be attracted. A larger base of people on this site will improve it a lot in my opinion. For people trying to earn on here it doesn't offer too much for them. So maybe more meothds of earning. A Q and A section for specialised question should be included into the new "skin" or "face" of the site.
