Best Photography?

I guess you shouldn't focus on being as the best photographer. Pressure will just come to you nonstop. Just concentrate on having your photographs to reflect you as a photographer. That will always be the key. Have fun!

You do not have to have an expensive camera to take great pictures. You may be limited sometimes due to shooting conditions though. You can however learn the basics on photography with any camera. When it comes to angles, I like to get down low, sometimes show up or even turn the camera on an angle. As for cleaning the lense, using a microfiber cloth is best.

My best advice is to practice, practice, practice and then practice some more :-) I use microfiber cloths to clean my lenses, I suppose you could also use wet wipes that they sell for glasses. Angles, well, that depends on what you take pictures off! It's often a good idea to walk around whatever you're taking pictures off (if possible) to figure out what angles is best.
