Are you satisfied with the service provided by civil servants?

Most people need public service in their daily life, which means they have to contact civil servants. In the past, they have great power which is authorized by the government, so their attitude towards ordinary people are so bad. They regard themselves as masters of the country. For the lack of efficient supervision, their efficiency is poor and the phenomenon of corruption is so serious. Nowadays the situation becomes better gradually, but personally speaking, I'm still unsatisfied with the service provided by civil servants in my country. How about you? I'm expecting your opinions.

Welcome to the world. I am getting frustrated every time I have to deal with Public Servant. They act so snotty. Don't get me wrong, there are lots of people who are really helpful, but taken as a whole, all the Civil Servants still stink. I have to agree with you that it is becoming better, but it will still take a lot of time for them to become pleasant to deal with, in my opinion.
