I really do. Seems like an appetizer to me. I long to have that here where I am now. We don't have lots of that here. Most people in my area now don't have any idea what that is. hahaha.. they said oh its GROSS!! huh? not really I love it. Even some rich people now you can find dried fish on their table. Do you like dried fish? just curios!!

fresh danggit is so delicious when fried or even with soup or sauce. and yes, you have to be careful because of their very sharp fins. boneless dried danggit is also available in the market.

Hi, friend like you do I love eating dried fish I think for Filipinos like us it is a staple food on the the table even the rich ones knows what a dried fish is and loves eating it especially if eaten with fried rice...yum yum... though lately i haven't eaten any even if we have it on our table since it is salty and they say that a pregnant woman should avoid salty foods for that would be too dangerous.

I have no idea what dried fish is, I'm not sure if I'd try it. I don't eat much fish, just a certain kind and it has to be cooked in a certain way, but hey if you like it, go for it..haha.

I just love dried fish as it is tasty and easy to cook. Here in my country it is sold in all the shops and it is cheap. So many people prefer to buy it as storing dry fish is easy and it is cheap....uhhi am hungry already. Bon Appetit to you Bed.

I think this kind of fish was made of fresh fish ,which were hung under the sun and wind , only with some salt to make them "fresh"
my hometown is a land area ,So there are not much sea food on our table ,till now I have my own family in a different area , although I can see much this kind of food in supermaket ,I never pick them in my basket ,just because I do not know how to cook them.
in additon ,my family do not like the special sea smell .:D

Hello Bebs. I like to dried fish, especially small dried fish. It tastes good when cooked with hot pepper and garlic and some other seasonings. I can eat a lot more rice when this dish is served on the table. Fish has always been one of my favorite food / dish. Take care.

I also love it dried and with a lot of salt. But recently I don't know why people stopped doing it.I remember when I was a little kid my parents dried it at home and now we want to buy some and even fishermen don't have any.I don't know what changed but its taste is great so you should all try it.
