hi ellie and letran my doctor said I am doing great, and is sending in a new referral to have my eyes checked, seems they are making the print a lot tinier now or I just need new glasses. I wanted him to increase my glyburide and he said no way since I went down to 63 at dinner and had everyone trying to help me bring my sugar up. so I am fine.

hi fwidman he he well I felt guilty but I just had so many other 'things to do that I could not even try to get caught up. and I feel like outside life has to be dealt with too occasionally. all play and no work or something like that. its hot In my room tonight. lol well it is almost the middle of June.

hi bodhisatya thanks so much, very kind worlds. My doctor said I was doing well and in fact so well he would not increase my diabetes meds when I asked about it. So I am feeling so relieved now when I get the referral to have my eyes checked for new glasses I will indeed\ be a happy camper.

hi letran thanks I am so elated that my checkup is just fine,in fact I had asked my doctor to increase my diabetes medications and he said no I really do not want to as you have too many lows. You are really doing very well. so now do not have to go back for three months. hurrah.

thanks so much rosie yes I duck in here when things get too much as I can relax here with my friends. My diabetes check up was great and I feel really good even with my broken toe, its a lot better today. I hit the poor toe with my quad cane really hard. 'its all black and blue. lol lol.

oh no cip I really was not angry,honest more like kidding,as for my diabetes I have had that for many years so dont worry, besides the doctor said I am doing very well, Please do not think I was angry as I did not mean to come off that way at all, more like tongue in cheek so to speak.As most Americans I am proud of my country but then that is the way with all of us here, we are all proud of our own countries and cip really your discussion did not make me angry. I just have my own style of responding. And it sure did not have anything to do with my diabetes. because I am living now in a senior retirement center inside of my own apartment my doctor just wants to check on my progress more often, as I am at the mercy of the cooks here as to what I am given to eat. when I was on my own I controlled my diabetes much better but now am doing better and lost 6 pounds, am happy that I did so well.

hi tina I have had the worst afternoon as somethiong keeps wiping my comments out and i have to keep copying every darned word. grr I wish there were at least fou r or five hours more in each day lol lol

Oh my mom never asked my opinion on things like that. She used to ask me who I would want to go with if her and my dad split up....it was so so awkward. They never split up thankfully. My mother and I were not close enough for her to ask me about her clothes or things unfortunately. I'm like you....I wait at least a month and sometimes longer before giving a BR. It is really hard sometimes.

hi sid just thinking my mom when I was in my early twenties used to ask me if this dress made her look fat, or did I like the dress? and I am going in my head, thats the ugliest thing I have ever seen but I cannot tellher that, shes mymom,Some questions are just plain hard to answer. I usually have a hard time giving a br because there well be several that both are very good but I do finally give one out. I do wait unlike so many til a month has passed to allow people to respond if they will.

sid I was so close to mom and would have heart broken if we had not been.I just like to let as many people as want to to respond do so .

hi carmelanirel I have not given out any for awhile either, off line life sort of sneaks up on one. I just hope I did not break any rules making this discussion. Any way I do not have to see my doctor for three months and I am doing great so that makes me really happy.

hi rameshchow after being an idiot last weekend I am now really being very careful and behaving myself as I ate pancake syrup and nearly killed myself so now I am really very careful.

snowqueen yes I am now a lot more carefull about eating and getting hungry.I had a good checkup and he said I am doing well.

hi snow thought for a minute I was going to lose what I had typed but its okay.yes life does sort of intercede and I knew after making an as# of myself yesterday at dinner time by fainting cause of low blood sugar, I had best keep my doctor's appointment today. my three month diabetic checkup and I was just fine, doing very well according to my doctor. but he said when you get hungry, do eat do not wait. so I well listen' to him. hes been my doctor for years now so he knows me well. lol.

He is right, you need to eat so you don't ended up being very very sick. Take care and thanks for responding back to me. Snow

hi gabs thanks so much I was so pleased tobe so honored. it makes up for getting a comment deleted when it was not my comment, its odd that the comment was a stringof letters and I have never in all the time i have been here did such a stupid thing in a comment. hi ifs thanks for the kind words.I do try to respond to allmy mylot friends but sometimes I do get behind. But today is the fourth and I am getting caught up some which is a good feeling.

hi professor always you are right. thanks and I am starting to lose some weight,hurray, and yes I am taking care of mydiabetes better too. I am always at a quandary if I have only one response but usaully I opt to just bive the br then sometimes I feel bad because others will finally come and respond too.
