How would you rat this new PTC?

I have found a new PTC, and I know that a lot of you are into working this type programs so I was wonder if you have heard of Valclicks and what do you think of it?
I know the admin here and think that they are very reliable. I am member of several of their programs and have been paid many times.
Your opinion of this program and why you have that opinion would be appreciated.

I am happy to be part of a site owned by that lady 
I hope there will at some point be an upgrade option for a smaller price than the one available at the moment. That's the only fault that I can find. The cents are adding up and one day I will cash out too.
