What's the best cleansing diet that doesn't cost as much?

I would like to try a natural way of cleansing and I have no idea which works best at that costs less. I just realized that I have not been eating healthy all these years. I have had friends a number of them actually who have undergone lithotripsy or removal of gall stones and these are expensive procedures. Apparently two or three of them were advised by their doctors/specialist to check their diets as our food intake are sometimes culprits to these kinds of illnesses. I don't want any of those and I want to start a good cleansing diet now. I tried doing water therapy once but I don't think it worked for me. Any suggestions?

Once a year, I do have to cleans my body system for three to one month, straight. My way is fresh foods and uncooked - vegetables that can be eaten raw like cucumber, cabbage, and fruits such as mangoes, papaya, young coconut, turnips, apples, and others fruits that are available in the market. By eating raw, you are not taking too much toxins in your body and these raw vegetables and fruits helps in detoxifying our system.

For me, in my own point of view first you have to have a healty lifestyle. Do not eat all the time junk foods,sodas, sugars and without exercise. In my lifestyle first i have a vegetable garden at my backyard, so what i did for moring we will gonna have breakfast eggs, orange juice ,bacon but now adays i tried to lessen our bacon consumption, for lunch we will gonna have a sanndwich and for dinner i alwasy makes sure that i use or make dinner with meat and mix it with vegetable that i got from my garden. We always have a vegetable salad during dinner. I use honey as a tea coz honey is one of the best cleansing in your body. Mix honey with a little bit of sugar in a hot water then let it cool down a little bit then you can drink it as a tea.Fruits oh my gully i really love fruits everywhere i go i always bring fruits with me to munch in hehehehehehehehehe.You know fruits are really good for your health and skin. Especially the citric acid that you from fruits like lemon,lime,pineapple it is good for your skin and it is good for cellular generation.So no start living a clean and healthy lifestyle.

Hi Dreamkeeper, At this maybe, what I really need to do is eliminate all the toxins that I accumulated in the past before I start with a good diet of healthy and organic foods. I do enjoy fruits and vegetables. I think I just need to do it otherwise these talks will be useless. Thanks for your contribution. Stay healthy!

cleasing is a great way to detoxify yourself and clear out the poisons form your system, their are number of cleanses or detox that you can do to help with anything form your complexion to just losing a bit of excess weight, detox is a great way to get in tune with your body and really get back to basics, it forces you to give up the vices that you take for granted, break your bad eating habits and start from the beginning, it gives your clarity on what your body really needs, not crave, since you didn't specify what part of your system you want to cleanse i can simply recommed master cleansing, here's how it goes: How to do the Master Cleanse? Otherwise known as the Lemonade Diet or the Maple Syrup Diet, this cleanse involves a fast of 10-14 days, with nutrition provided by a drink of Maple Syrup, Lemon Juice and Cayenne Pepper. Each day on the cleanse should follow the same routine: Morning Each morning you should do a salt water flush. This is a simple way to do a colon cleanse, by drinking lukewarm water with uniodized sea salt, that is excellent in conjuction with the Mastercleanse. The salt detoxifies the entire digestive system and flushes out any impurities and toxins so they won't be reabsorbed back into the body. It isn't the most pleasant experience but the results are worth it so be strong! Recipe - one serving 32 Oz of lukewarm water 2 teaspoons of uniodized sea salt (idiodized salt will not work) Drink when you get up and on an empty stomach, otherwise the salt will be competing with undigested food. Around 1 hour later elimations should commence. It's best to set aside 2 hours before you go out, to prevent any accidents. Daytime Drink the Master Cleanse juice several times a day, whenever thirsty or hungry. You can also drink pure water by itself, but no other foods. One made with Senna will do the trick, and you can buy this from most health food stores. Since there is no fiber in the cleanse, the Senna is needed to stimulate muscle contraction of the colon. Without the laxative tea, the toxins and waste products forced out by the Master Cleanse will stay in your body, so make sure you drink the it each evening before you go to sleep. ..hope this will help..

Wow! just reading the recipe makes me feel like going already. The way you described it's effects is so good. But Cayenne pepper at 1/2 a teaspoon, wouldn't it make anyone hemorrhoidal after drinking that? Gosh, I'd probably stick with vegies and fruit diet. That I know I could do without a problem. Just eat unprocessed foods, like natural meat, fruits, vegetable, nuts and seeds, and drink a bunch of lemon tea or lemon juice in water.
