I'm going for Leche flan,Mango Float and Tiramisu.Leche flan has been a comfort food to my family even though its an artery clogging dessert, its very humbling to know with only 4 ingredients (egg, condense milk, lemon zest or calamansi zest, caramelized sugar) you can end up with a very dense, soft, creamy custard. Mango Float reminds me of harvest in the province where mangoes are abundant the smell of the air turns sweet and vibrant, the first time I made mango float is when I was in second year high school my father would arrive bringing kilos of ripe yellow mangoes from his farm and I hurriedly turn them to delicious mango float. Ahhh..... the Tiramisu even though I only have tasted it once when I see a pictures of a tiramisu i cant help myself but to feel nostalgic, the taste of the velvety zabaglione and the hint of strong espresso compliments with the crunchy ladyfinger base.

I am imagining in this moment a mokka cake. It is one of my favorites although I don´t make it often because it´s too rich. I also love quince molded jam. It´s awesome.

I enjoy eating sweets. I love chocolates the most. Chocolates, though proven to be fattening is my confort food. I often eat a piece or a bar after meals, in between meals and most frequently when I feel bad of depressed. My weight gain can is the end result of my love for sweets and chocolates. I also love ice cream and pastries.
