Most asians eat the whole thing and nothing goes to waste but white people they throw many edible parts away. Maybe they don't like the fish looking at them when their eating it. Some people are like that. I don't know.

I was getting quite organised and was boiling my diced [potato and carrots redy to make my corned beef hash for lunch.
The I got engrossed on mylot - suddenly sniff sniff, burn't potatoes!!
I have managed to save most of them...
