"Many people have found that problem unresolved at bedtime semms much simpler in the morning, as if the brain had been quitely working on it overnight." showing that the effect is not of having a fresh brain but of having a brain that has reorganized itself during sleep.
according to the researcher Dr. Ullrich Wagner, "sleep acts as a creative learning process." what do you think guy's? are agree with this? common and share your opinion.

I think that sleep is very important for all of the things you've mentioned. I also think that stress can prevent you from getting the right amount of sleep or the right kind of sleep. It's easy to tell when an adult or a child has had too much or too little sleep by the way they behave. I think sleep can help us process thoughts and reshuffle our ideas without us noticing. Clevel little mechanism! :)

yes its true! if you have a good sleep then you are in a good mood when you wake up..
it feels like you were unwine totally.,its refreshing and it can help you a lot to make you to think easily what are you going to do, and it can be done correctly accordingly..

well, getting a sleep can refresh and relax our mind, and this thing has a big help to make our mind to think easily what's the best thing to do or the best solution to the problem we have.. at least our mind are relaxing and out of stress and because of that we can think it correctly..

it is true i cant remember the times that the same thing hapend to me , i was in a ton o problems complit stres but afther a good night sleep i feelt so bether in the morning , not woried or angry just happy

that;s right! if you sleep well, you have a good day..all your work done easily with no hesitation at all..you do all your daily routine quite good and happy with satisfaction at all..happiness can relieve our stress and can help to think and make a good ideas for the solution of the problemm..

man life is a bundle of problems.in our life in various time we faced a lot of problems i think it is our test by god that we if we can enjoy happiness than we can face problems so be positive in problems

but there are problem that can not be solve only in one day my friend, sometime it take time before we can solve it.. specially when it comes to financial..maybe other can make it to fix if about a relationship problem..and other little problem..but if you have a big problem that bother you most, it is really hard to solve it to your own, and others because of to much depression they try to get their own life for the belief that that is the only way to out of it..which is wrong..

YAP..before going to bed just pray and put all problem in his hands, so that you will have at peace on mind while you are at sleep. and you are not worried about your problem because you know it already that God will help you to solve your problem..

i agree, it really helps us to rest our brain and helps our brain do its job. a way of renewing our self. helps us have a clearer view of things after sleeping.

yah it is., when you wake up you feel something change.,like remove your headache, feel good., your in good condition, and you are ready for the daily work activity and it can relieve your stress and your brain will work actively and can think correctly..

absolutely,:) i read from a magazine that yoga helps in good sleep. additional info. :)we really need to have a one good sleep to start afresh on the next day. :)

You are right and this is the same thing what my man is doing.Every time we have a fight or a problem,he fall asleep and talk about it tomorrow morning.He keeps telling me that it's better to talk about the problem if you mind is in the condition and not in the night where the rest of the day is already stressy.I do agree that it's the process of making some solutions in a problem.There is enough time to think about it and solve it.

Hello cherwin,
i believe that the stress and the emotion of that problem is really what's giving us the weight, that's why we feel so helpless when ever we have a problem. but sleeping allows us to relieve from it, most specially if we are depressed. when the man is tired, the brain gets tired, let it rest so that it will start a fresh like the PC that you can't keep on all day

Yes I agree. When I was younger I read The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale. He wrote that when you have a goal, put it in your mind. Make yourself already achieve it and do this when you go to bed. Think hard on that goal. And since the brain works on your problem when you sleep, many times you wake up with a solution. My mind is so messed up that when I go to be with one problem, I wake up solving a different one.

yeah that's great! its is really amazing how our brain works..we have our different problem yet our brain gives us an idea of the solution to make. atleast with this discussion we ahve to learn that having a rest or sleep right gives you an easy way to solve your task..

Sleep that is one of the necessary activities in our life.It can recover our power and spirit,let us make our brain to rest in a day.A good sleep will help our body and brain clear.we will sleep for eight hours.

Yes i believe it does.When we have a proper sleep really we get energetic in the morning to work and also feel very fresh.As much as i know 8 hours sleep is musst for all human beings and continuous sleepless nights or less sleep may result to various stress related health problems.

yes and it can easily add to our aged cause we look older than our aged if we are in stressful..we are easily get mad and out of patience because of tiredness we feel..we are not aggressive or active in our daily work because of not in good mode to do..

Its a very good topic you have started. I do also agree with you. A proper sleep give a full refreshment and helps a lot to do our works properly and also gives us energy and sometimes it has been felt that our brain also works more sharply than other times.

There is also the theory that our subconscious mind actually knows the answer, so when we sleep, the subconscious mind actually floats up to the surface and provides us with the solution. It could be some sort of self-suggestion too, so that's good. So we say, sleep on it. There's some truth in this.

well its true..there are some instances that we want to solve it but its really hard..until we found out after we got sleep for the next day, we say its done already because our mind work easily and think faster for given us the solution to a problem..

I've read a lot on this subject because I had issues with sleep, stress and problem solving. I learned a lot and it helped me pin point my particular way of problem solving. I found a general consensus that sleep gives the brain an opportunity to hard wire new information. Therefore, over time our short term memory becomes long term memory. If we solve problems in our sleep it would occur as our brains begin to wake up which is normally about and hour before we completely wake up. There are some people who just go. Surgeons, doctors, scientists, etc. can go until the task or problem is done or solved. I am jealous of these people. My brain does not work like this. I can easily resolve a problem in the first hours of the morning that I could not resolve in the late afternoon of the previous day. At 2 in the afternoon I begin my to do list for the following day. I've enjoyed a lot of success using this knowledge.

every one of as ahs its own way of knowledge and its own design of intelligent.. other are not too good math and equation but they are high in I.Q..others and not good in a way of experimenting things but they are very talented..God gave as a different talent and and skills.. maybe your not too good than a scientist or a doctor but you have a kind heart and humble, well that's good..

because of our heavy worked and and busy schedule, having 8hours mostly in outside but we have to find time to our self also to relax..and have atleast 5-8 hours a day to sleep. this can help to relieved our stress getting everyday work and make to refresh our mind also..

Yeah I do agree with this statement. In fact, during my high school time, I've read articles that says "sleep is a process that you'll ever regret to cut off from your life" or something like that. Anyways the points in the articles are about how our body is actually functioning during our sleep. And believe it or not, our brain gets real busy when we are sleeping. Of course there are the different stages of sleep involve as well but I don't think that it is necessary to mention here. Anyways sleep well myLotters!!

well, its that your opinion, i will never disagree with my friend because we have our freedom of choice..but for me i agree with this because i already experienced it. just like you said, during my high School days also, when i have an assignment and when i find difficulty to solved it what i have to sleep and make it to continue early in the morning.. and for that i know what is the solution of it..

Interesting. Not really, I work better and think better when tired. When I sleep..I even get more stressed as the deadline reaches closer and closer.

well, for that instances, you have set back and relax first., get a sleep and avoid thinking of problem, just concentrate and focus only that you have to sleep.. after you wake up, you feel realxing and all your stress will vanish and because of that, you can work it easily and all your work can be done..

yes right. but no every sleep can help us from the problem. cause many sleep can make us to receive the illness. from that sleep to need to control. every person who have many job or the busy man. course need sleep. as we know when world cup in south Africa much of them can sleep. they can enjoy their sleep cause much them need much time to do their job.

yes, if we have a problem or not we have to make our time to rest and relax.. what ever we do the problem is always thier.. if we solve the problem their is another one coming also..every-one of us has its own problem., sometime if i have i problem, in my mind maybe i have to stick with it not to solve it quickly for the reason of immunity..because i am afraid if i cant solve what's the next? faced another problem. so what i have to do is to let the problem a problem until the problem will solve to itself..
