Yes but only for my own pleasure and only for accompanyment. Play only hillbilly and Mexican rancheros. Would like to learn to play the 12string Portuguese guitar but I wouldn't do it justice. To me it's the most haunting musical sound...similar to the balalaika and the mandolin but much more melancoly. Played to acompany the Fado....Portugal's answer to the Spanish flamenco but better. Amalia Rodriguez is the most world reknown singer of Fados but there's a newcomer called Mariza who's is making a name for herself internationally.
