what do u do when u are upset?

i have been got lost recently.im tired of everything...what would u guys do to cheer up?

I'm a person who you would probably call a "garbage keeper" ... I keep things that I think, might be of use in the future. When I want to be happy, I just open my old shoe box of memories, look at the pictures, read on the notes I have written, things that I have worked on before. At that point, I would always find something that will be a start of a great laugh. Sometimes I would even call or send a message to a friend to share that good laugh. I'm shallow, I would smile and laugh at the most mundane things.. Maybe you should try to learn that too nathanhry! .. And one other thing, I have a 7 month old baby who doesn't fail to cheer me up and put that big smile on my face.

Talk to yourself. This is what I do when I feel like you are feeling... -Sit in aquiet place where nobody would bother you. -Ask yourself (preferably out loud) "What's wrong ?" -Wait for an answer. -If you do get an answer, work over it. Find a solution to your problem... Remember that all problems have solutions. And God assigns these small tasks (problems) in your life because he knows that you can handle them. I believe the same way and things turn out to be good (eventually) Don't be tired friend. You are the master of your life. Get on that horse and start riding again !!! Certainly,I didn't have lots to do.. I simply cheer up by listening to music. I think,in this regard music is the best medicine.I prefer listening to rock... Apart from this,I prefer discussing about the problem with my closed ones.. I feel really happy if they had a solution to the problem.Sometimes,its hard to find ansers when we are upset... I wish you a very good luck.. Don't worry,be happy.

Take a long walk, or long drive and think about what got you so upset. Think through the reason and maybe you will find some resolution. I also exercise, read, take a nap and speak with my friends. Some times having some one to talk to helps relieve stress and anxiety. Sorry you are having a bad day as I had a really great day.
